Sorry, as menus have to be linked ( ’#’ or ‘their own link’ ), so it’s not possible to make them clickable as per the + sign.

Hi we used your theme but its keep on attacking by malware and getting unlimited spam mails. So Godaddy keep on blacking my client website. They identified problem with them need to talk author / coder who developed this team. Any help? Thanks, Mark
Make sure you use updated theme and plugin. For malware attack make sure you previously didn’t install any nulled theme or plugin. Theme itself doesn’t send any email to anyone. Check your plugins, cleanse your wordpress root installation which might fix the issue.
Dear friend I have updated the plugin already, but still same problem shall i share my front end site and WP-credintals please? Its really great help to resolve the issues we already push the content now not possible to change another wardress theme.
As you can see there are over 1100 sales for the theme and no such thing was reported. It’s difficult to troubleshoot if you can’t install it fresh and see what went wrong with existing installation. You can start disabling other plugins and see if that saves your problem. From the nature of issue you have said, it appears a malware attack and best way to clean is to take database backup and install the theme under a fresh installation and restore database. When you have malware attack then even if you delete attacked files it would come back.

You can’t have different background on web and mobile. This feature is not there in Wp Bakery.

Add Block is completely different from Elements. Blocks are pre defined sections, Price table is coming from elements and was explained at http://themes.radiantthemes.com/unbound/docs/#PricingItem. Your theme support had expired on January 9th 2019, so please extend your support if you want to get continued support.
I have an issue with the button styles. When I add the theme button element on a row, it doesn’t pick pick up the default theme button styling. It just appears as plain text. Kindly help.

Hi Support unbound, radiantthemes … I have purchased unbound theme and facing problem in importing demo data. When I import the data then it works but does not show required demo pages even after setting permalinks.. Please resolve ASAP.
Dear Tahir Khan, It appears your hosting doesn’t have wp_remote_get() function enabled. Though you have full access to demo data file but all those images and pages go from our server (which is remote server). Due to unavailability of wp_remote_get() function your hosting can’t fetch all those data, so import technically sees import done but those actual files were not imported. https://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/wp_remote_get this is in-built wordpress feature and themeforest needs Authors like us to use this feature to get the demo import process done. As soon as your hosting enables this function for your account, please try again with import and you should be able to import demo data.

You need to contact Godaddy and ask them to enable it for you. Be prepared to hear that the error you have received is theme issue and their hosting is absolutely perfect. It’s often best to take hosting from stable hosting provider such as SiteGround.com or as suggested by http://wordpress.org/hosting/

I installed the theme but the list elements are showing two bullets (one regular and one icon) and not just the list icon like your demo, and forms are showing ugly shadows and not clean like your demo. My support expired 
but do you have any quick fixes? All style sheets are loading correctly, I think is some conflict with the gutenberg normalize css but not sure.

Please make sure your server can access our servers in USA. The theme is there for over 1 year now and no one has complained that they couldn’t get just images or any demo. Once you give us you site access then we’ll be able to check and suggest solution. Kindly make sure your hosting has all required PHP parameters as mentioned on theme page – https://themeforest.net/item/unbound-business-agency-multipurpose-theme/22070603
If you import with out setting these values, then you may face problem. Most standard hosting companies have these values correct.

Elementor is an independent plugin which works with almost every theme. Our demo designs were made using WPBakery, so if you use Elementor then you won’t be able to use pages/designs coded with WpBakery.
