How To Set Breadcrumbs To any Other Page without Homepage?

Hi! I am using the education demo and the header seems to cut off the top of all my pages, either covering my h1 or cutting off the top of a picture. I am also noticing that the smaller I make my logo the less it cuts off the top of my page. How can I solve this issue, because I can’t just remove the logo to keep my pages from being cut off?

The loading speed of the website is too slow. I somehow cannot figure out how to make it faster. It takes more than 7 seconds to load. Please suggest how to make it better.

I have used the agency demo of Avas theme. I put the logo on the left side of the menu. It is perfect in the desktop version. But in the mobile devices, logo size is bigger than the menu bar size. My website link : http://platinumgala.com
