Hi, I m new user. I got a some problems. First of all trying to install snazzy maps plug-in, there s ‘something went wrong with plugin API’ and then on website not showing places on google map. We are in Turkey. and also got problems event calender and contact form. I added but when i published there s nothing to complete form. What should i do? Could you help me fix that problems.

In the meantime, if you’re having an issue installing theme, please just skip the installation for Snazzy map and all will be good.

There’s a little bug that in page builder but you can go ahead to upgrade to 5.3. The page builder still work properly. We will launch the fix in couple days.

Yes, the theme supports PHP 7.3. Just make sure to run latest version of the theme.
Home to make rtl in a specific page?
You can do the text alignment via page item directly. However, for header, you can’t choose for RTL on specific pages. In this case, you need multi language plugin to make it detect as RTL language.

Are the course post types able to be displayed via category, location, or department? For example: on my courses page I want to organize by location, and then category, and then department so when someone is viewing the page they can go to the section that applies to them?

You may use third party page builder plugin but note that most element in demo site will not show as it must be called by our page builder.. For example, blog layout, portfolio layout, column service, stunning text..
When you use page builder plugin, it will call its own element, layout.
That’s fine, but can the two plugins be active at the same time? Will I be able to use your elements as well as Visual Composers elements at the same time if needed.
I suggest you to run those two plugins on default theme first. If it works, then it will be working in our theme as well.

1. Make sure that you upload ‘kingster.zip’ file, not the full package(themeforest…...zip), if it’s a full package file, you have to unzip it first.
2. If you upload kingster.zip and still got error, In this case, you may try to upload via FTP method instead.

You can just delete the demo categories and add your own in the wp-admin > course > Add New Filter page.
Do you mean translating them into other languages on a multilingual site? That can be done in Taxonomy Translation page in WPML.

I am trying to use Wordpress pdf embed plugin to view a PDF. When I provide the pdf link like : “http://lfim.org/pdf/Online%20MiniBrochure.pdf” to a button or any custom URL, the page shows updating and is stuck on that. The page is not updated. I suppose the page builder is not accepting .pdf format of href. Kindly help as we need to upload pdfs and download it. This is really urgent and important.
Note that this issue has been prevalent from quite sometime. We only recently realised that this is probably a bug in your theme.

I have been having serious issue with this theme as my site keeps crashing and require to restart my server everytime. I have increased the memory limit, yet the site keeps giving the same error. The pages are 100% translated but they don’t apear, the content appears in blank. (onlny shown the header and the footer, but not the content of the page)
