Hello, I am using Journal 2. When my website “1 page check out screen”, viewed on a full-sized computer screen, the credit card expiration date “month” is left justified and “year” is right justified, so these are not next to each other. The positioning is awkward. Can the credit card “month” and “year” be positioned adjacent to each other?

No, I can’t duplicate it on your demos…the month and year are adjacent on the demos. On my website, the two are on opposite sides of the data field. I have paid 2x for support and haven’t used it much, and the second subscription just recently ran out. This seems to be a Journal 2 issue. I am hoping you can just fix it. Please let me know if you are open to do this. Thanks.
My website is using Journal 2; version 2.16.8. Is this the latest version? I tried to download current version of Journal 2 to see if updating will resolve issue; but the download I am receiving is Journal 3; version 3.0.41. My understanding is that Journal 3 is not compatible with Journal 2.
Question, if just copy these Journal 3 files to my website directory as directed in the update instructions, will my website still work properly, with no other additional configuration? Or will I need to reconfigure all settings in Journal 3?
Hi, yes it is the latest Journal 2 version and Journal 3 is not compatible with J2 so you can’t use anything from your existing theme in the new one, you have to start over with Journal 3 as a new theme.

Hi, for multiple domain use you’d need to buy additional regular licenses, one per store.
We don’t include any language with the theme but it does support any language, you just need to install it in Opencart.

Hi, I’m a bit lost with Journal3. In Journal2 it was possible to create a megamenu that will get all subcategories of the main category given. I cannot find anymore this option, it is similar to what you allow now to do with dropdown menu but in megamenu. For example if I have category1->Subcategory1->subsuctategory1 before this structure will be automatically fetched in megamenu.
Hi, you can use the Catalog module for this purpose now from Journal > Modules > Catalog…then added in a mega menu builder.

I have two licenses and support has been expired. I have started receiving an error “POST: Parameter data is not found!” when I try to change image dimensions in skin settings and save. I have recently updated the theme and also started using Cloudflare firewall and CDN.

Hi, I have a question regarding contact form. First of all its great that we can have multiples form in our site and we change or add a new field. But, when I have more than two forms in my website, the purpose is each form gave different information. But when I receive the form in my emails, I notice the subject of all my forms are the same, which is my website name. Can you assist me on how I can change the subject accordingly to my forms? At least, all the forms should have a different subject.
Also, is it possible I wanted to have upload function in the forms? Thank you

Hello. When people subscribe from popup to the newsletter on journal 3.0.31, and then i export that list into excel sheet, how can i mass delete this exported subscribes from the Journal/Newsletter so i will not export them twice on my next exports tomorrow?
Hi, there is no such option but you can remove them from the database, look for table journal3_newsletter using a tool like phpmyadmin.

Checkout Page it does not work with my country payment gateways .. and when I go to the journal> skin> checkout panel (active checkout Opencart), it does not activate, it is only in the journal onepage checkout.
I cleared the cache, deactivated the theme and enabled it … nothing works the default opencart checkout when the theme journal is active.
How to fix a bug?
