It’s been quite a few days sent I sent my emails, so I figured I’d comment here to try and get some help.
I purchased this theme and got it up and running. However there’s a bug with AJAX script when trying to load items in collection pages. You CANNOT access the last page of your item collection. So when customers try and get to the last page, it doesn’t load. Also, there’s permanently a loading icon showing when moving to the next page… plastered in the center of the page. The theme didn’t do any of this at first, but I must have triggered some kind of bug (I didn’t alter any code whatsoever, so it’s something in the back-end logic).
Really need to get this fixed. The theme looks really bad for customers trying to browse product pages.

You got the issues because you chose wrong currency options. We mentioned clearly in our Documentation that there are only 4 cases of Currency.

You only can use 3 options separately, and you only can combine option 2 and 3.
Don’t choose both of 3 options or choose option 1 of Shopify payment with other options.

Hi. I am trying to Upsell Bundled products on Ella theme but the two chrome extensions shopifyFD and custom fields don’t seem to work.
I uninstalled them to install again only to find out shopifyFD isn’t there on chrome store. 3 days now and NO RESPONSE from you. Kindly provide a workaround for this please

I have a question about the variable product. The default behavior is the first available variation is selected automatically. http://prntscr.com/piq7ti
But I want to disable that. There will be no selected variation. User need to click on variation to select a product.

It is possible but it will be custom work, we will change the structure of theme and theme must have notification to notify customers in case they add to cart products without choosing variants.
