I installed the theme and it did not install the theme options or plugins. I tried a different theme to test and it worked perfectly.bmitted a ticket already yesterday as well. I need to get working on this tonight and if I can’t, then I will need a refund so that I can pick a different theme.

I submited a ticket for the demo import taking forever. When I woke up the next day, I receive a reply stated that I need to wait until it finishes. I reply back(4 hours from last reply), stated that it has been running for 12 hours. We’re now at 22 hours and the import is still not finished. I would like a refund asap.

How long? I need it to look like the website you show. I always have problems with your themes. This might be the last one I ever purchase. Not worth the wait.

Hi, I purchased this template a while ago and I know support has expired. But after some time I noticed that you have an error that needs to be addressed and it is still visible even in your demo. So I appreciate if you can correct it and provide the update so I correct it on my end too.

In the header where you have the address and phone number, you have “Troll Free” and it should be “Toll Free” if it is 800 number and if it is not then it should be just plain “Phone”. I searched everywhere but could not find it where you have that widget that controls that. By the way, “Troll” is not a good word too for phone number, so you need to change that asap.

Hi, I did purchased your LANDSHAPER theme awhile ago. I’m receiving notification on my WordPress Dash that the VISUAL COMPOSER and REVOLUTION SLIDER plugin needs some updates in order to receive the full functionality of the plugins, otherwise I am limited as far as editing and creating pages or sliders for my website. How do I validate these plugins with my purchased code of your theme?

Hello, I installed this theme after I purchased it. Right off the bat the plugin’s are out of date:

1. WPBakery Visual Composer is only on Version 5.2

- Current version is 5.4

2. Slider Revolution is only on Version 5.4.5.1

- Current version is 5.4.6.3

3. I have installed the demo content. I need the images. I only purchased this website cause I liked the images and I had a conversation saying the images came with the demo content.

I need these 3 things fully taken care of without any problems. Otherwise I have no use for this template and will have to dispute the transaction on my Credit Card.

Hello, Before I buy this theme I need to know a few things about the admin panel. How things are administered. I do not want to look at screenshots or ask a million questions. Is there a way to get access to a demo admin site?

I have bought themes before that look nice on the customer side but admin side is a nightmare and not user friendly.

HI, the last update was on 27 February 17. We added color version on this version. Also, our last support person didn’t give good support and that’s why we got some 1-star rating.
