Hello, presale question, i have check you doc but can’t find an answer, i need to make all my tours bookable with a minimum of 3 weeks ahead/before the tour… it may be variable but that is the idea. i see you have a functionality called “Last Minute Booking (Hour)” > Specify the number of hours prior to the travel time you want to close the booking system. Would that work? is there a last minute category? couldn’t find it on ur demo

Yes, it’s work as you wish. It will block the booking form in specific hours. This mean if you want the tour bookable in 3 weeks ahead, you will need add 504 hours, it will block all the booking in 3 weeks and only allow the booking in 3 weeks ahead.
We don’t have last minutes category.
Great news !!!! will the date picker be affected as well? Meaning dates before 3 weeks get disabled? If so then i ll buy it right away !!!!

with pleasure well i installed it how did exactly what u said, date picker stills select the date but returns a error msg… i meant the date not selectable.. i guess it needs some coding to get there…

Unfortunately, we don’t have an option to deactivate deposit in last minute tour, you can setup deactivate deposit by date in: Tourmaster > Payment > Payment Settings.

Is it possible to easily insert a shortcode in the booking form?
The idea is to insert a third party shortcode into the booking form to have a countdown timer to increase the urgency for conversion.

When a user registers on my page their role defaults to “Subscriber” which creates issue when they are trying to book a tour. I have defaulted the settings in wordpress for a new user to be “Customer” but that does seem to help. I need your assistance on this. Thanks

Unfortunately, the function only available in tour post so we can’t bring it to home page.
I guess you will need use third party plugins to display something like this, but we don’t use plugin so I can’t recommended any plugins, you will need check it by your self instead.

note: seem that each update borring the values strings translate page, We must put again after each commun pages: booking, update, register, dashboard etc you must be the values again (id page for each translation) after update, very annoying.

If I remember well, you used WPML, so if after theme update, you will need update the wpml-config.xml again in tourmaster plugin then the page id should available again as it should, it’s store in WPML database, our theme/plugin can’t touch it, if you face the problem, could you try take some look with WPML team?
