you mean how to activate its license? You don’t have to do that to use it with the theme. Read more about bundled premium plugins here please.

If you are asking just how to install it, then you will find it in the full package / Plugins folder (js_composer.zip).

I am sorry but bundled premium plugins do not come with licenses. This is the same for all themes on ThemeForest. Here is the more info.

hi, apologies i sorted this by copying content into new page. There do seem to be issues now with page builder though. E.g. if i delete twitter handle on team member there comes up with error messages, if i use divider it doesnt appear and if i move over row, it doesnt seem to work – it’s greyed out nor can i add any elements to it? is this all because the theme needs to be updated?

if you are running old version of the theme, read this first.

If you are running 2.x branch, you can still update to its latest version. Just download the full theme package, unzip it and install beautyspot.zip from the Legacy folder.

I assume that by page builder you mean WPBakery Page Builder, right? If so, you should also update it as well, here is how. You should also install the Classic Editor plugin, since the older version of the theme was not really tested with the new WordPress block editor (Gutenberg).

I don’t need additional support and you should learn to say thank you for the fact that your customers report problems with your products, and not any other products.

I recommend your theme to my friends and some even bought it. Also, I am also your buyer and I think that I do not owe you anything. Of course, when there are serious problems that we cannot handle, I will turn to you. Thank you for your help.

So far it is not at all clear the issue is really caused directly by the theme/plugin itself. Maybe there really is an issue in the code, but it is also possible there is issue on your server. Maybe some sort of plugin conflict or anything. The bottomline is that if you want me to help you with it then you are literally asking for a support. However if you reported it just as heads up and do not expect any immediate action form me then of course thank you. If I get more reports like this then I will surely will be taking a better look at it.

BTW, where did I said that you owe me something? If you do not want to extend the support then do not do it.

you need to edit your front page in admin, click on that block and change its settings. However you can’t exclude categories, you can either show posts from all categories or from a single category.

BTW, if you don’t have a backup and want to go back before you did an update, simply remove your current version and all the LSVR plugins and install version 2.5.1 (full package in the Legacy folder), that should do it.

Because updating v2 to current standards is simply not possible without almost complete rewrite of the code. I mean it was released five years ago, that is a long time ago when it comes to software.

It should be the same font, but the font weight may differ. As you’ve my noticed, the whole design changed a lot and this is part of the change.

Not sure what you mean by that, some images are rounded by default (people portraits, testimonial authors). There is no dedicated option for that.

If you liked the v2, then there is really no point to updating to v3. I mean it is basically a brand new theme, so of course the transition is very hard. But without this update, I would be sooner or later forced to remove the theme from the marketplace altogether and that wouldn’t benefit anyone. I understand you may feel frustrated from all of this, but please try to understand my point of view. Again, if v2 worked for you well, simply keep using it and ignore v3.

Ad slider: sure, use this CSS:

You need to install .zip from the THEME folder, not from the Legacy folder. I mean, there is even text file in the Legacy folder that tells you NOT to install this version if you are a new buyer.

Got it is working now. Only thing I did was install child theme and set that one as default working perfectly now. Will test everything tomorrow. Thanks a lot for support!

Glad it works, however I am checking your site and it doesn’t seems like you are actually using the child theme at all. You should definitely install and activate it. This will however reset your Customizer settings, but you can import it again (just the Customizer data, do not import the content or widgets again).

Version 2.5.0

There is already version 3.0 beta available. I HIGHLY recommend to use that one if you just bought the theme, as the 2.x branch won’t be supported anymore six months from now. You can find it in the full package inside Beta folder. Here is BeautySpot 3.0 demo site and here is the 3.0 documentation.

However, if you still want to go with the 2.x version, here is how you can import the demo content.
