I have Medin Version: 1.6.1 running my website, i have just downloaded the new updated one and uploaded to my server but it says Medin Version: 1.0 so what the hell is going on?

Did you finally add option to add more icons because this is the biggest headache of this theme!!!! i have not been able to use it since purchase 5 months ago. Why not load icon library and make it easy to use icon libraries so that we can choose which icons we want to use?

We are using “Medin – Medical Center WordPress Theme”, and it is still in the staging/development mode, recently I have updated to latest version, till then it keep asking me Activation Code and getting a Red Banner. I have put the activation code as described in the Doc and we are using this theme only for this site, yet why it is keep asking to activate?

I have renewed the support license. But I could not create support account, it says purchase code already used!

Hi support, can you advise. I use Evanto market plugin in my clients accounts to keep themes up-to-date. At the weekend I updated to the lasted version of Medin. I do have a child theme setup yet the update completely destroyed my website. The download installed pages I do not want, such as Woocommerce, overwritten my CSS and added nav menu items that I do not want. I haven’t had anything like this happen before in any themes that I have used in years. Can you please advice the best procedure to up date your theme without it effecting the website settings, CSS etc.

it is impossible to reply to my previous ticket #55837 why?

It seems also that this theme can not be used to develop any other kind of website apart from medical or health related website given the number of icons, for example i can not develop a school or restaurant website with the current icons. Where is a complete list of icons i can use with this theme?

But replying should reopen the ticket or so its supposed to work, whats wrong with your system and why does it show REPLY if its closed and meant not to be re opened?
