Hello. Does Journal2 theme has recaptcha at quick checkout page ? I dont see it anywhere, I have it enable it from Opencart 2.3.0.2 at settings to registration and I am getting it there but not option for quick checkout. Thanks

Hi, if you’re using Journal 2 the latest version is 2.16.8, which you can download from here.
The latest download from Themeforest reflects the latest Journal 3 theme, which is indeed the latest release, but different from Journal 2.

thanks for that quick reply! my plan is to update the opencart to its latest incarnation, so i guess i shall use that download i just did from envato. and perhaps add the support for the journal as well… thanks again!
If you plan to switch to Journal 3 then yes the latest version will be available on Themeforest, just keep in mind that J3 is different from J2, it’s a completely new theme so not compatible with the old J2 options and modules, you’ll start over with your design basically.

Hi, because columns are disabled on smaller screens, no room to fit them properly. But you can create duplicates of the modules from the side column and have them disabled on desktop/tablet and only enabled on phone, and this way you can display them on phones in the top/bottom positions.

Pop up the module and select the product description. Add popup to the product page Product Extras. When selecting the product description, it will not display properly.

How do I remove the Slider white effect?

The slider is loaded in white while the page is loading.
For example: 0% -> 100% brightness going on.
Where can I close this? Let it work 100% directly.

Hi, your issue doesn’t seem theme related, most likely there’s a problem with Opencart pagination links, check if everything works fine when using the default Opencart theme on category pages first.

Yes, Opencart supports multi-currency as well, although this is not a theme feature.

Opencart changed Paypal API from v.3.0.3.1 and one page checkouts like ours do not work anymore with Paypal payments, consider using the default Opencart checkout in order to avoid such issues. You can activate the default Opencart checkout from Journal > Skin > Checkout.

I am trying to install Google Tag Manager (GTM) on my webshop. I pasted The GTM Tag in Journal > System > Settings > Custom Code. It worked. But to use GTM properly I also must put a tag right after the tag. So I tried by adding the code to Design > theme/template editor > common > header.twig. As soon as I put the code after the tag the site starts to crash. I also tried adding the code via FTP. Neither methods work. How do I add custom code right after the tag for Google Tag Manager? I follow their instructions precisely but it seemingly won’t work with the theme.
Hi, you must indeed place the code in .twig file, do not use Theme Editor because it doesn’t work as it should. Also, always refresh Opencart modifications and clear Opencart template cache from the blue right button in Opencart admin dashboard: http://take.ms/0I6T3 whenever making changes to files in order to see the changes in frontend.

hi there, i have added many currency conversion types in the main menu, upon hovering the list drops down, but the length of the list exceeds the height of the website.. is there a way to have a box with a scroll bar instead of a single long list? Thanks in advance
