When will this theme have elementor support? And also on home page v1 the formatting of the search bar is messed up. The two text boxes are stacked on top of each other instead of being beside each other. How can this be fixed?
Hello there,
Thank you for reaching us. Can you please clarify which search bar you are referring to ? All our demos look fine.
Regarding elementor support, it’s a work that is still in progress. We do not have a concrete release date yet.
Thanks, Ibrahim
Hi,
ive purchased and installed the theme. In the manual it states that there should be several options to show / hide elements on the homepage. It seems like those options are missing: https://gyazo.com/35c1037e43c2d3ad263854ac04f5e2c7 What did i do wrong? Also how can i translate / change the text of these sections? Is it within the options?
Furthermore it seems like the kingcomposer is not recognizing the blocks, as there are all in there as textblocks. I did as stated in the manual copyed them into the classic editor and then switched. When i preview the page in the frontend it shows up correctly tho. But i have no Jobhunt specific blocks in the king composer to use, just the standard ones…
Kind regards
Kind regards

Hello! pre-purchase questions: 1) I’m not clear if I need an extra plugin to process payments (eg for featured ads etc) or if I can do everything fro within this theme?
2) is there an internal messaging service so candidates can communicate with job posters on the website?
3) is it possible to have special featured ads to go on homepage (different than normal featured ads in the search results). Say I want customers to have possibility for a feature ad AND a “special homepage” ad (different price). Is that possible? (Also could I eventually do the same for urgent candidates?
Thanks!
Hello there,
Thank you for your interest in our theme. Our theme is build for WP Job Manager and WP Job Manager Core add-ons. The WP Job Manager is free plugin and core add-ons should be purchased separately.
1. WPJM allows a registered user to post a job with a link to apply for the job. You can use WC Paid Listing ( a premium plugin ) to charge users for posting a job.
2. By default applicants can only apply via email or through a URL. To apply within the website you’ll have to use ”Applications” plugin which is sold separately.
3. I am not sure if I understand your requirement correctly. We can mark job as featured and highlight featured jobs in listing. We can also display featured jobs in home page.

Hi, Please how will be able to know the people who sign up and apply for jobs?

Presale Question: When WP Job Hunter is updates to a future major release version, do you provide the plugin or do I need to purchase it with pantherius each time they update their releases. I had themes that bundled plugins and they are always not supported after a new upgrade.

Hello, A few months ago I bought the JobCareer template, and I had the job hunt, which has started to give problems with the block editor. I have been advised to buy job hunt 2.8, I bought it recently and when I want to install it it says that it is not a pluging, I think I bought it wrong because there is another version for wp, what can I do? Could you sell me the one I really need? And could you tell me how it is installed? I do not see here how to contact the support service.. PAT.

Hi there! I want the home page to default to Blogs with different blog categories that include the number of posts for each category. Is this possible? Thanks.
Hello there,
Thank you for your interest in our theme. We do not have a blog home page like you’ve described. Do you have an example page ? Please let us know.
Thanks, Ibrahim
You misunderstood the question. I’m asking if I can default the home page to show Blogs right away, instead of jobs.
Hello there,
Thank you for getting back. JobHunt has 3 Blog page designs, you can use any one of the three as your home pages.
Hope this answers your question. Let us know if you have any other questions.

Hi,
I import data through one click demo import. All data are imported but images not import. Give me suggestion to import Images.
Hello there,
Thank you for purchasing our theme and for reaching us. When you import our dummy data you’ll have a website similar to this : https://demo.madrasthemes.com/jobhunt-without-core-addon-bundle/ which has placeholder images instead of actual images. We do not have the right to distribute the images, we only have the right to use them commercially. Hence our dummy content will contain only placeholder images instead of actual images. Actual images take lot of time to import and usually breaks the importer causing error 500 and other issues. Also your website could be slapped with a DMCA notice in future if they find out about using copyrighted images. It is safer, better and faster to use placeholder images instead of actual images.
Hope this helps. Let us know if you have any other questions or need further help.
Thanks, Farook

Hello there! I’ve some pre-sales questions.
1) Can I change the “candidate resume” fields?
2) What does the “Download CV” in the candidate’s resume download?( A copy of the CV created on the website or a CV uploaded by the candidate?)
3) Reading comments and reviews I’ve notice that someone said that we can’t sell listing without the premium version of WP Job Manager, is that true?
Thanks, Nikita
Hello Nikita,
Thank you for your interest in our theme.
1. Yes, you can change resume fields with custom code.
2. Download CV is a file download which is uploaded by candidate when submit their resume.
3. The theme is built for WP Job Manager. With all the included plugins(default with theme) you can create a job portal like this : https://demo2.madrasthemes.com/jobhunt-without-core-addon-bundle/
There is also WP Job Manager core bundle which provides additional features like Resume Manager, Paid Listings, etc. This is a premium plugin and you’ll have all the features listed here : https://docs.madrasthemes.com/jobhunt/

Can you help me on that, please?
Thank you!
Also, when in desktop view, footer is dark, but on mobile is white; how can I make also dark on mobile?
Thank you!

Thank you for reaching again. We have different versions of footer. Please confirm us which version of footer you are referring.
https://docs.madrasthemes.com/jobhunt/topics/blocks-sidebars/footer/Thanks, Farook
Hi,
I solved it, I didn t know that on home page I can choose a different type of footer.
Thank you. I still need a solution for colored menu header on blog pages.

Florin

https://gist.github.com/yousufansa/80727965c75193c0c78209051c40aa35Thanks, Farook
Thank you, Farook.
It worked, but: ...
1 – I need to keep transparent header for home page and every other page with image header. 2 – I need to have the logo for the dark background (instead, it brings me the logo for whte background)
Thank you for your patience.

Hello, I see that each time one posts a job, he has to fill the company details. My questions :
1) what happens if the employer always post for the same company? does he have to keep filling the same company information all the time? isnt there a way to pre-fill the company details?
2) A new company entry is then created each time in Wordpress backend? Or does the system detect if a company has previously already been created with the same email, or name, or ? Thank you
Hello there,
Thank you for reaching us. When creating a new job if you post a job for already created company means you can enter company name only and leave empty for other fields it will automatically add other data when job save. If we post a job with new company we should add all company fields for new company.
1. We should enter company name only other details will update automatically.
2. Yes, It will check by company name and user id if company exists with same user it will assign to existing company or create a new one.
Hope this helps. Let us know if you have any other questions or need further help.
Thanks, Farook
Hi,
Is there any solution to automatically insert a job alert shortcode in each job list page and in the list of jobs page?
It would be very helpful to enroll visitors and keep them updated with new joblists.
Thank you so much!

Can your job sidebar widgets display a region/location taxonomy with multiple levels ? (checkbox or dropdown select) Eg. First location level would be country names, Second location level would be city names. Thank you
Hello there,
Thank you for your interest in our theme. Our theme does not have region taxonomy however you can use Regions for WP Job Manger Plugin to get this taxonomy. You can use it with multiple level in jobs sidebar.
Thanks, Farook
Thank you for your reply, but the same missing feature can be seen in the categories filters as well in your demo. Let’s say you have children categories in your ‘specialism’ taxonomies, this child category will not appear indented under its parent in your theme but will be loaded after, which is not correct and problematic for customers or people doing a reasearch.
Eg, we should be able to add a child category to “Construction”, and see it listed correctly in the tree categories. https://demo2.madrasthemes.com/jobhunt/jobs/?search_keywords=&search_location=&post_type=job_listingCan you fix that and show me in a demo? I’m definetely interested to get this theme.
Hello there,
Thank you for reaching us. Sorry we cannot able to display our filter widget with child indents. We can create separate widget for location taxonomy to display with child indents.
Thanks, Farook
Too bad, other filtering plugins can do it but then it’s not working beautifully wih your theme. Hope you can do that in a future update. Thank you.
Hi guys,
Is it possible to get a trial setup on this? So far I’m liking everything I’m seeing and all comments seem pretty positive, but there are a few things I would like to be able to trial myself if possible.
Thanks in advance!
Hello there,
Thank you for your interest in our theme. Please email our support from here : https://themeforest.net/item/jobhunt-job-board-wordpress-theme-for-wp-job-manager/22563674/support and we’ll setup a trial for you.

Hi,
Do you have any news about searching locations instead of location names in job search form from your Theme? It is really annoying not to be able to search jobs by job locations. (for example, if I write a location, if the job it has not the exactly same location, it will not be displayed. In the real world, if a job location is geographically near the location I have searched, it should be displayed).
We need this fix asap.
Regards,
Florin
Hello there,
Thank you for reaching us. Job location radius search is not available with theme. You can try Regions for WP Job Manger Plugin, which is compatible with our theme.
Let us know if you have any other questions or need further help.
Thanks, Farook
It doesn t work like this (with regions). It doesn t take into account parent regios. And if I use geolocation, the results displayed are just from that specific location, without a radius (lets say 50 km or anything else).
Hello there,
Our theme does not have radius search feature now.
Thanks, Farook
