HI there, i am thinking of buying travel tour and have a questions. On each tour page at the top there are a series of icons (e.g clock for duration, plane taking off for departure, plane landing for arrival, person for minimum age, mutilple people for max people allowed etc) -https://demo.goodlayers.com/traveltour/tour/africa-amazing-african-safari/
Some of these icons I dont need and I would like to usr other instead

Yes, you can use enquiry form only as you wish. You can use external link option if you want have booking tab and enquiry tab in same time (but the booking form will disappear).

Hi. I’m using the template for a tour page and this template is certainly an incredibly good thing.
I just have one problem. The tours I have, many of them are at different times and at different prices. (adults and children) and I can’t find a way for them to select the time without adding another package.

I have bought the theme and I want to know if I can create 1) LOGIN for Service provider and 2) LOGIN for customer.
I found that the only way to make a login admin is by nextend plugin social media.
But I need to create a simple login (both for service provider and customer) without social registration
The service provider must have full access of the dashboard.
Is it possible and how can I create it?

i understand that your Plugin/Theme isnt work with woocommerce in any kind – thats ok. But what if someone books a Travel and later he want to buy a Product which is managed through WooCommerce? Do need this customer to create a new account through WooCommerce? or the same Account (Booking) is used to buy Products? If the same Account(Dashboard) can be used in order to buy Products with WooCommerce, how Orders will be managed into Customer-Dashboard?

The customers can use same account to booking a tour and purchase a product, but the dashboard page will separate because the woocommerce and tour dashboard can’t be similar.

1. When someone book a travel – invoices goes automatically to customer or admin can set “manually” the Invoice-Sending . The Target is that admins check first if everything is fine or some options/variables should be added into booking and after that release the Invoice to customers.
2. When someone book a travel – the tabs (detailed informations about the Travel) can be add through a hook into Customer-Receive-Mail? if yes – can your provide the hook-code so this options can be added by us (person who will bought the Theme/Plugin) ?
3. When someone book a travel and want to pay with deposit ( 20% and 80% for example) – this Amount(s) are visible on the Invoice? 20% and 80% ? its the calculation included?
4. Can admins export the Orders as .CSV or .XLS or smt like that?
5. Where can we see the versions log starting from 8.febr.2017 untill 17.Oct.2019 ?
6. The Tabs (Detailed Informations about the Travel) on the Detail-Page is customisable? can new Tabs be added or removed?

1. The invoice will send to customer automatically after the final payment is done. If you need change something in the book, you can change it and resend new invoice later.
2. Could you specific the information you wish to add in customer receive mail? You can add new field in: booking form (collect information purpose), inquiry form, traveller details and contact details, so depending your require, I can know it’s possible or not.
3. The invoice will send the amount of the payment, it not include the remain in invoice, but if they not pay the remain, the book can’t update the status from pending to wait for approval.
4. Yes, you can export order to CSV file.
5. Changelog can be found here: https://support.goodlayers.com/document/changelog-travel-tour/. You should be able to see the changelog in the end of the product page.
6. Yes, it’s able to customisation. You can add/remove/change it as you wish.

1. – Can we stop the sending-invoice automatically and let Admin decide when the Invoice gets out to Customer? (also with a hook if possible ) ? – Resending a new Invoice later after Customer already paid a deposit or full its Legally not really good / solution. – The Target is: admin should check the booking first and just after that the Invoice will be send through admin-dashboard ( its possible with a hook ) ?
2. The Information which need to be “transported” into Customer-Receive-Mail is for example “Itinerary” from this Travel (could be also through a hook into child-theme:

2. At the moment, we don’t have plan to update it yet, so it will work as it should like the default, if you want customize, please consider to hire a freelancer instead.
3. We can guide you where to look the example code and where the code in our tour file. But we don’t support for customize.
4. Yes, it will display in CSV file too.

2. You can use other book plugin as you wish, but we can’t customize it for you, please consider to hire a freelancer to do it for you instead.

Recaptcha is not showing at all, and there is no email validation, whatever email can register, do you recommend specific plugins for this. if so Can i make my registration page that redirects to the dashboard

1. You can disable the wordpress dashboard for all users with third party plugins or coding customize.
2. For the currency for user geo, it will require customize and it’s beyond our support so you will need consider to hire a freelancer to do it for you instead.
3. Recaptcha v3 don’t show UI, please check it again in google captcha document.
4. Unfortunately, at the moment, we don’t have email validation, I will send it to our director and he will decision about it. For the redirects register, it will back to where it current stay, we don’t support for custom it redirect to dashboard.
A question please. I install a tracking code for Google Ads in my header <head> section for all pages which is simple. I can add it thru custom code in Goodlayers. But, how to add a specific conversion code to <head> section of the payment page?
When putting code in < head > tag, you may have to put directly in the code. You can’t only put in the specific payment page.

I need a diferent email for each tour or hotel. I want, for example, if the booking is for the “Spanish Museum” the system send an email to “Spanish Museum” with that booking.

My concern is Customize Trip Booking Form as if some one want to do same trip but with different price and duration. As we cannot tell customer to submit booking via same product as it’s not regular one. Do we have any option so we can offer Customize Trip Booking Form to Clients?

You can use Custom Code option for booking form, it will allow you add the custom form from form plugins, so you can customize it as much as you wish.
Also, we have other option call: External Link, it will get your customers go to a page or a site with a booking form you want.
