Hi. We didn’t tried pay u money on our theme. If it’s a WordPress plugin than it should work on our theme. You can use it one single site. If you need WordPress website customisation you have to pay extra money. Thanks

Hey, I am building a fundraising platform in India and there is no option to redirect people to my payment gateway i.e Razorpay (Indian Payment Gateway). I can only use Stripe and Paypal which is used quite less in India. I tried a lot by tweaking read more button…changing the URL but nothing is working. The theme is amazing but its not serving my purpose. Can you help? Can refund be processed if there is no way to redirect people to my registered payment gateway?
I just purchased the theme. I will like to create a site like gofundme. Do you have such design in your demo if yes, which one? Can I use my own payment gateway?
GoFUnd me is a platform and ProFund is a theme/website. You have to do additional work on it to make things like gofundme

We just bought the theme. One one of your demo sites there is the big green arrow image across sections when you scroll down on the left. How can I change this or replicate this bg Image across sections? Can’t find it embedded anywhere in the elemtor settings – or do I have to go pro for that (custom CSS ?)

there is a form for the donation or fundraising. and it has the required field which will get the info you are looking for ( My thinking). You can also create register option which is built in in WordPress

I like your theme. I notice that the images are not active so one has to click on the text to navigate the site. Is it possible to make the images clickable (link to posts, causes)?

Hi, the profund options section is broken if I enforce https on the site. If I use http the options work find. If I try to access https://MYWEBSITE.COM/wp-admin/admin.php?page=profund_opt&tab=1 it loads as a long list and I cannot save my modified optons.

At first install the all required plugin & active them. Then go to the ( Dashboard -> Setting -> Permalink ) save the permalink as a post name.

Please help. We have been waiting for over a month now…
Couldn’t wait any more so we ended up paying someone else to fix it… 
FYI the problem was caused by the theme not doing checking for the instances where WooCommerce isn’t installed (we don’t use it, that’s why).
Hard coded references in ./themes/profund/inc/profund-function.php need to be revised to do conditional checks that is_shop() and woocommerce_page_title() etc are valid functions otherwise the entire site fails.
You guys really need to offer better support…

I don’t just know it can’t load this simple images. because this is only thing running on my server I don’t have any site running. I messaged the support for 2 days now no response I’m so frustrated. Please if there’s anything you guys can do I’ll be glad. Because even to switch demo content it keeps saying error 500 meanwhile I purchased the theme.
Is there a way to use Font Awesome Pro or the Elementor custom Icons I’ve loaded? The default doesn’t have enough choices when using the Campaign Box widget.

I should of been more clear. I am referring to the edit campaign Box. Under Category items, you only have a dropdown for the icons, unlike the feature item box.
This does not show how to use any icon or svg in the campaign box. this shows the feature box, not the same thing.
