We have been struggling a lot with this theme from the day one to get the demo content as it is. And to be frank the import process is not as documentation. Every time the WP bakery plugin giving the following error: “/vc_columnvc_row” and for some reason the wpbakery plugin/settings are not visible in my wp admin panel. I have sent couple of reminders to “shthemewp@gmail.com”. if you are unable to resolve the issue kindly help us with the refund so that will go with some other theme. I am getting lot of pressure from my client about the website status.

Please make it as a high priority, I am running behind the schedules on this project.

Hi, I can’t change any theme options:

I et this notification each time I try to change a logo or anything on the theme.

” Did you know that Redux sets a global variable for you? To access any of your saved options from within your code you can use your global variable: $redux_demo”

Then, it stays there.

This happened after it reset itself to default settings

I have done all the steps that you have mentioned in the document. After that when I checking the home page, it is broken and the slider is not displaying. Instead of displaying the slider images, it displays the shortcode. And throughout the home page, the design is broken. Please help me to resolve the problem ASAP.

our plugins seem to be outdated as when we try to visit our homepage we get an HTTP error 500. We know it’s the plugins fault bacause it works flawlessly when we comment out our plugins folder. The theme was last updated in january 2020 by you so I guess there has to be an update or two since our first installation (11/2018). Can you provide us the newest files so we can make our homepage work again?

My company is registered in Romania, but it is not a VAT-paying company. The platform requires I add RO in front of the company identification number, but companies which do not pay VAT do not have RO in the identification number here in Romania. How can we proceed?

until today I have not received a working theme (a month has passed since the purchase), the author still does not write back, and envato team have done nothing to solve this problem. Now I know 100% that i was cheated by author = cheater.

I can boldly say that this author is a cheat, because for over a month I have tried to communicate with him about sending a working theme. The author convinced me that the theme worked as it should. I sent him screenshots on which it was apparent that this theme doesn’t work as should and since then he has stopped replying to me. Later, I asked for a refund for this theme, if he can not send me a working one, which he also did not answer.

From what I see, I’m not the only one who this author has cheated.

In short, if you buy from this scammer you will receive: - theme with many bugs that will prevent you from creating a website - The author will not respond to requests for help - The author will not refund you money
