Hello team @radiantthemes! I’ve to customize header of this theme. let me inform how may I can edit its header using any WordPress builder like elementor or visual composer.
This theme supports WPBakery and there are pre-built header style which you can be accessed from Theme Options -> Header. Headers can’t edited/customized using page builder. We didn’t advertise such feature.
Hi, how can i deactivate the Preloader? In Design/Customizer and in theme options it is off but the preloader still on (a circle )
Please deactivate the page transitions effect along with pre-loader and it should be gone completely.

As those are Font Awesome icons, so you can change those icons by providing new Font Awesome icons through code from ‘wp-content/themes/apexclinic/inc/header/header-style-twelve.php’ file. Please check:- https://nimb.ws/4l83pE

Sorry for the inconvenience. We’re migrating our sites now and warnings are showing for that. However, it’ll be fixed very soon. For now, you can disable those warnings by adding the below code on ‘wp-config.php’:-

I cannot get the megamenu to 4 columns. I followed the YouTube guide but no matter what I tried, I can only get 2 columns next to each other. The third / fourth column wraps. Any idea why it’s doing this?

Hello. The theme does not support multilingual. Header Twelve Settings information is not translated. When you upgrade to support wordpress 5.3! And the most important thing is that I can translate the header information into several languages!
It definitely supports Multi lingual. If you aren’t using an illegal copy then you might be eligible for support through http://support.radiantthemes.com/open.php .

If you check https://themes.radiantthemes.com/apex-clinic/clinic-two/home-version-two/ this demo closely then you’ll see that this design is part of Clinic TWO demo (marked BOLD in url) https://themes.radiantthemes.com/apex-clinic/clinic-two/ , so if you import Click Two then you’ll get two home pages.
If you import below demo then you’ll get both Demo six and seven.
If i install other demo after installing demo 1, will it overwrite my pages? or can i install as many demos as i want without overwriting existing pages?
It may not overwrite existing pages but can crate duplicate pages and duplicate menu.

If you import Clinic Two demo then you’ll get TWO DESIGNS associated with that demo. Demo seven is part of Clinic Two.
Both urls belong to same installation. https://themes.radiantthemes.com/apex-clinic/clinic-two/ https://themes.radiantthemes.com/apex-clinic/clinic-two/home-version-two/After importing Clinic Two, just set Home Version Two as home page from Settings -> Reading -> Set desired page from drop down to show as Home Page.

You can change the image by uploading a different image from ‘Theme Options > Header > Short Header > Inner Page Banner Background’.
You can disable the breadcrumb by choosing ‘NONE’ from the ‘Select Short Header’ section from the specific page. Please check:- https://nimb.ws/bt6EG2

Please add below CSS on ‘Theme Options > Custom CSS’ for this:-
.sidr .rt-sub-menu, .sidr .rt-mega-menu { float: none !important; }
Please keep backup of the CSS after making changes, in case of future update.
