I would like to build an event/activity/ticket website. If you have better theme for it please tell me. Visiters is going to search by tags/labels, location and date. It must be a simple search bar.

The venues idea is cool but i will need to utilize that feature more. when you edith a venue from backend there is no editor to add content to the venue for display, i would love to be able to add content about that venue i.e how many seats the venue contain, about the venue and possible contact details of the owners of the venue… my website covers a small area and i can possibly list all venues. Also i would like to display popular venues in homepage just like you have popular locations. and then when you click on a venue you read some content bout the venue before events holding at that venue is shown below it.

We currently are running another listing theme called Traveler, but I am running into a lot of problems that I think your theme could solve – but I had some questions before purchase:
1 – We are a global brand and I would need to add Country, City and possibly Country, City, Neighborhood. Will your theme support that? Your demo shows only State/city.
2- Is your theme multi-currency friendly? Currently, we would need to support GBP (UK), EUR & USD. Or at the very least can we switch default currency?
3 – How integrated is woocommerce?
3a- Going through your demo I did not see the ability to utilize a shopping cart (ie – buying multiple tickets to different events at one time) before checking out. It seemed that I could only add tickets for that one event. 3b – We are considering adding a an affiliate woocommerce plugin. The plugin tracks via cookies – do you see any issues with this? 3c – are the bookings controlled via woocommerce? meaning are you using some custom woocommerce booking plugin or have you written your own? We have customers that have other booking systems, or sell on other platforms. We have been asked a few times if we export the calendar or connect to another booking system. Some woocommerce booking plugins allow this function (API).
4. Our business model is selling seats in a class, but sometimes people cancel. We have a cancellation policy where you can only cancel 2 days prior. Does the system support cancellation? I didnt see a refund option when I looked at the vendor portal. Some of our vendors will only hold the class if they have a min number of seats sold. This would be a case where the vendor would have to possible refund seats that were purchased if the minimum class size was not met.
5. In the vendor portal, if the vendor has more than one event happening – how do they see their total sales? I only see sales by event. Trying to understand how the vendor tracks total sales. On the flip side, Trying to figure out how the admin of the site would manage accounting? Is that something that they would do though woocommerce (ie. event x has ended admin owes vendor y this amount?)
6. When you create membership packages – can you set them up so they are recurring? For example every 30 days? instead of paying for a set time before your membership ends?
7. On the theme home page – is it possible to edit the search criteria? For example having just the location & dates? Will location auto populate when you type base on available locations?
8. Since I cannot see the wp-admin from the demo – when a vendor sings up and chose a package, are they automatically an approved vendor? is there a setting to allow/disallow this?
9. When a vendor adds an event, does that event have to be approved by the admin before its live? If so, is there a setting to turn this on/off? Will the admin have to approve every edit the vendor makes?
10. If a vendor has an event that happens every 2 weeks – is there a way to “pause” the event (say if this is a class and the vendor closes for a holiday week?) and make it not live?
Sorry for all of the questions – I think you built a solid product, I just needed to ask a bunch of pre-sales questions before commiting. Looking forward to your response.

3c: We don’t use “woocommerce booking plugin”. We building our eventlist platform and only use woocommerce for payment, so you can install multiple payment gateway that woocommerce supports.
4: Currently the theme doesn’t support this feature. We will consider to update it in the future.
