You can change these words easily using the poedit tool or loco translate plugin: https://goodlayers.ticksy.com//article/3812
This method is used for translating the text to another language, but works fine for the same language as well.
You can also change these words directly in the \wp-content\plugins\gdlr-hotel\include\gdlr-reservation-bar.php and \wp-content\plugins\gdlr-hotel\include\gdlr-booking-item.php files. Although, these changes will be overwritten if you update the theme.

Hi! I’m using Hotel Master Theme to our costumer and we are having some problems. This site is a Multi-site project.
1- When we load any picture, it says that the upload faild, but if you look in Media, the picture is there.. 2- In Media, when you click in mode-grid to show the pictures, it start to load and never ends, but list view is working.
We have test a lot of things, inclusive we updated the wordpress to the latest version 5.3 and we updated also the PHP version.. Problem still..
Can you help ?
We bought the theme this year and we believe that we still have support for this.

Unfortunately, this theme is not Woocommerce based so it won’t work with Woocommerce payment gateway.
This hotel theme supported BORICA ( Bulgarian POS terminal payment system ) payment method?
Really sorry, our theme support only Paypal, Paymill, Authorised.net and Stripe. 
To integrate other payment options, you have to hire a coder to do this. It’s pretty big work.

Could you make sure you are using the latest version of the theme and our plugins? This issue has been fixed quite a while ago.
This error is only shown if you activate the plugin without activating the theme. You can fix this by disabling the plugin using ftp, switch to hotelmaster theme and enable it back again.

At this point, we don’t know yet that the error occurred by your customization or not. Can you backup the customization part first and try to update the theme and see if the problem gone or not? If it is, you may have to let your developer that developed the payment to check on this.
But if the problem still occur, let us know.

That might be because you are using a caching plugin, the homepage is you see right now is a cached copy from 4-nov.

1. in the reservation, you have “rooms”, I need to have it for full appartment, so all rooms together.
2. button “select this room” >> select appartment (is it possible to change?)

4. is it possible to make that huge header image to smaller one—wanna get the “availibity check” more up, like really near the top of the page
5. the top page menu is fixed—can it be floating? like when I am moving down on the page, “stick menu”

You can use iCal feature to sync with third party service. You can see more detail here : https://demo.goodlayers.com/document/hotelmaster/ ( See Hotel System > iCal section). About Booking.com, not so sure, you need to make sure that Booking supports iCal as well.
