I have contacted my host support team, and they told me this was a theme related issue. Is this something you can correct? It doesn’t appear to be affecting functionality, but I’m sure if there’s an error, it’s going to affect something. Can you help me with this? Thanks for your time!

3 issues:

1. Buttons cannot change color from red to green. Is there a way that can be sorted or we do a theme wide change? ps. It cannot be changed from Appearence> theme options.

2. How can we create a pop up for donation on another button?

3. How can we change the small underline icon from red to green?

I have purchased the theme without noticing the fact that Internet Explorer is not supported. I have downloaded and installed the theme and was able to launch the site in Internet Explorer. Please let me know what the issues are in Internet Explorer to help me decide if I need to contiune using the theme or find another theme that supports IE.

Hey there I’ve juste downloaded your theme. I’m trying to install my demo and plugins but I have access denied on the pages ... so it’s impossible for me to do anything. I’ve increased the WP memory limit but the issue stays How could i fix this ?

Hi, in my intallation “https://www.acs-italia.it/” the menu mobile not works.. Is it bugged?

2. in the support us link, when you mouse over jerusalem marathon the secondary menu is halfway off screen. How can I fix that? either by switching to a mobile menu/hamburger style or perhaps something else?

Hello. After buying the theme, I tried to click on the buttons to show the demo and the plugins. Initially, I had an error installing the plug-ins, I checked and it was a problem related to woocommerce that is not accessible to the installation to be successful. When I tried to install a demo it told me “Internal server error” I uninstalled your woocommerce and installed it from the wordpress menu. By doing this the installation of the demos was successful but there is something wrong. As you can well see. Please help me? www.associazionenathan.com

It’s been two days that I got site error: 500 error or this site is experience some difficulty. I have deactivated some plugin. I have found that the plugin Unyson was the problem. He is not compatible with another plugin. So I have deactivated some plugin again. The site come back but the homepage is blank. I just see the menu bar.

Hello there, I am experiencing errors while saving contents on home page that’s built on page builder. It redirects me to wp-admin/post.php giving error: Forbidden You don’t have permission to access this resource.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

And there are some sections in pagebuilder which cannot be removed.

Also I could not find where to add different widgets on footer as there are only 2 sidebars available to addon in widget section.

Could you check and respond asap?
