It means that the import is blocked on your server. You should either enable “allow_url_fopen” or you can manually install it by downloading the demo.zip archive from our server. Extract the archive to demo/ folder and upload this demo/ folder to wp-content/themes/frank-jewelry-store directory.

Please update the theme to the most recent version following the directions below:
1. Make the full site backup.
2. Navigate to wp-content/themes directory on FTP and rename the frank-jewelry-store folder to frank-jewelry-store123, for example.
3. Then upload the unzipped frank-jewelry-store theme from the new theme update package to wp-content/themes directory on FTP.
4. With that done correctly, you should go to Appearance – Themes in admin and should see the new version for the parent theme instead of the old one. Please do not click ‘Activate’ in order not to lose the changes. If the old frank-jewelry-store theme is renamed on FTP and the new version is uploaded via FTP properly ( see points 2-3 above), you should see the new theme version already activated.
Also, please note that if you use the child theme for your site, make sure to have the child theme backup as well, also please note that if you activate the parent theme instead of the child theme, you will lose all settings. In order to avoid that, please read this article (it is on Invetex theme, so please note that in your case it will be ‘frank-jewelry-store’ instead of ‘invetex’ in the code: https://themerex.ticksy.com/article/9476
