Hi Guys, I had a look and think that you guys should fix this. When adding max amount of products to cart, for example
4 tickets are the max pp and total for 1 is $25
Coupon code = 20% discount
When applying coupon code, if I increase quantity to max (4 tickets), then the total is $100 and 20% discount = $80 ($20 Discount)
When I decrease the tickets to 1 and checkout, then the ($20 discount) applies to 1 ticket price which makes the $25 ticket only $5 on checkout.
You should maby add some function to decrease the discount amount as you increase or decrease the quantity of the tickets.

1 How can we manage the registry of the event provider and the upload of the event, aafter the registry? Is it possible to moderate both action by the anministrator of the website? i mean, can I setup, that the event provider registrations need approval by the administrator? And can we setup, that if the approved event provider upload some event, that it go live also only after the approval of the administrator of the website?
2 Is it possible to show also near of the different tickets the available stock?
3. How handle the system the stock in case of the event, if I setup different type of ticket? Should I setup stock also for the differnt ticket types? For eample, I have a concert, the vailble ticket Nr. Is 1000. But I have 3 type of tickets, but only the total number of the tickets are limited in 1000. The splitting of the ticket are free between the different types. Can the theme handle also this situation?
4. Is it possible to add additional custom fields and more categories to the events? For example, type of the travel (bus, auto).

1. This doesn’t seem quiet intuitive. Users may not know what that means. Is there a way to customize the wording? Even better, if there was a way to dim or grey out of the features that would require for them to upgrade their package. That way they will know in order to use a certain feature, they’ll need to upgrade. This would be a better way to convert the upsell of other packages.
2. Can you add a note in the field or above telling users, if left blank, one will be automatically generated? There’s no mention of leaving it blank would auto-create one for you.
3. Can this be fixed? Doesn’t make sense not being able to see it in the backend as well.
4. How come in the demo, I can see other uploaded items, aren’t those other vendors?

Okay, Thank you for taking the time for respond so far. There’s a very strong chance I’m purchasing this theme.
6. I have users that would like to resell ticket for carnival events that they can’t attend to. In order to do this, they would need to create an account and event, but also upload the ticket pdf/receipt to prove they have the tickets to sell, however this is in a form of a digital pdf that they have in their email when buying the original ticket. Is there something with your system to do this, so they can resell the ticket to other users?
7. For Vendors, can you just charge them when they sell tickets and when users sell tickets to not charge them at all? Can this be done without a package selection?

9a. Are the bar code and QR Code actual work and if so, how are they generated and to what purpose do they serve in the download receipt ticket the users can obtain based on your demo sample. When I used the QR reader app on my phone and scanned the QR code, it just points back to the random Code number (which I guess is the purchase number?) Can this information that the user pulls up be customize to give a bit more detail then that? like point back to their purchase or at least pulls up the website with them having to log back in to pull that ticket they scanned? I’m lost on what function this actually serves if it’s not working correctly.

6. All I’m trying to see is people can resell their tickets from companies they bought on other sites. They have a ticket to a carnival but can not make it. I’d like to use the theme to allow them to resell their tickets. The only requirement is that they have to upload a pdf of the ticket they bought from the other company to prove they own the ticket. The 2nd part of this is that I only want, is the PDF proof to only be shown once someone who wants to buy it has completed the payment. This is VERY important to know if I can do something like this?

My follow up response: This doesn’t make sense to me on how the site would function. When someone buys a ticket for an event. They get their ticket before the event but the payment won’t reach the vendor until the event is over? The payment shouldn’t have to wait till the end of the event, in order for the Vendor get their money, no event booking system works like this.
Since it’s manually controlled, can the admin release the payments on the day of the event instead of when it’s passed?

I have another question about payment processing. What’s the ideal provider to use for this kind of marketplace? PayPal does not really support marketplaces as they charge when customers make the payment, for me to transfer the funds to the vendors, PayPal will charge again. So it means there will be two transaction fees from when the buyer pays to when the vendor receive their money? Or is there a particular escrow account this theme have?
