The counter doesn’t work for the last few months. I can see that the Instagram bar works fine now but again, not the counter (after introducing the ID and the username).

It works fine on our demos and other customers, make sure you are using the latest version of Arqam Lite, and you have set the Access Token Key in the plugin’s Settings page.

There is no option to set custom styles for individual blocks, You can set an icon for each block, there is no 3-columns layout available in the theme.

Custom changes are not saved on any page such as assigning a spatial sidebar or hiding the page title

But the Video Playlist block only support Vimeo and YouTube

I have problem with category layout, I set it to Masonry #2, then I tried to change it again, but its only showing “Masonry #2”, I cleaned the cache, disabled the cache plugin and disable cloudflare, and upgraded the theme … without any result!
Should I renew my support to solve this bug?

We have tested the reported issue and it is clearly not a bug in the theme,
If you are changing the layout from the theme options page, Make sure you didn’t set a custom layout for the category it self, Go to the category edit page from Posts menu > Categories, then choose the category you want.
Also try these common solutions:
1.Update everything including WordPress, the theme and plugins. Available updates appear in Dashboard > Updates.
2.Deactivate all plugins in case there is a conflict. If the problem goes away while all plugins are inactive, then reactivate them one by one to determine which is causing the problem.
3.Clear cache in both your browser and in any caching plugins that you are using (also disable services like CloudFlare, if used with your website).
4.Revert code changes if you have modified the theme’s code. If using a child theme, reactivate the parent theme.
5. If using a child theme, reactivate the parent theme.
If none of these fixed the issue you will need to renew your support to create a support ticket using the link below and our support team will gladly assist and guide you

Hello. After updating the theme to its latest version, I noticed an error in Page Builders (for Homepage) and the option to not duplicate posts.

Manage Section Widgets)Previously, the recent tab (widget) ignored posts that were already in other sections of the home. Not repeating them. But since the last update, this has not happened anymore.
Which makes no sense, because home ends up with repeated posts.
I took a look at some demos from the official site and this has also happened there. So it seems to me to be something from the latest version.
Is that right or has the way these options just worked changed?

There’s a bug for blind people using iphone’s “Screen Speak” feature. Homepage is fine, but when going into a post, it reads the title and then starts reading random titles from around the site instead of reading the post’s content. I’ve been contacted by a blind-people organization asking me to fix it. I asked them to test it on Jannah’s demo and it happen there as well, so – if you can fix that I guess many blind people will be grateful. Thanks
