Hello, I’ve purchased the Alone theme but never used it (1-2 years ago).

I would like to use it now for a projet. I installed it with Mamp in local and online with Filezilla. I tried maybe 12 times offline and 1 time online but it seems to be difficult to work.

Everytime I try, it’s very slow, and at some point I get a error page message.

I never get to see the preview mode and the WP Bakery builder doesn’t work in frontend mode.

The theme seems to be not completely working…

Can you please check this online version and come back to me with some answers. This is the first time I’m using it…

After installing the theme like a regular WordPress installation I am unable to properly install the demo content and plugins.

Once installed, for a brief moment it will say “Installed successfully”.

I am then redirected to an error page that says:

Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.

Can we activate and then move this site in the production environment on another domain?

Hi there. Just a quick pre-sales question. I like the look of your theme very much. However, I don’t want to use the GiveWP plugin (well at least not for the public to make donations).

Will the theme work without the Give Donations?

Specifically, will the funds raised stats meters work, or are they part of the plugin?

Is it possible to manually enter a donation via the Gift plugin from the backend?
