Am i able to charge each person a different price? Meaning, for example, 4 people cost $30, 5 people cost $35, 6 people cost $40 and so forth. Am I able to do something like that or is it each person the same flat rate?

1). How or Where do i change the word “Tax” to another name?
2). How can i add another tax field which will serve as Gratuity or is there a way to add Gratuity?
3). Can the additional services area have a quantity? E.g if i add an additional service and a customers needs 2 of that same service, how can they add 2 of the same service?

2. You may use third party page builder plugin but note that most element in demo site will not show as it must be called by our page builder.. For example, blog layout, portfolio layout, column service, stunning text..
When you use page builder plugin, it will call its own element, layout.

It’s possible, you just need create the coupon code then add this code in the cards you want to sell, after the customer purchase the gift cards, they will be able to redeem the gift cards in coupon code when checkout a tour.

Our theme use separate plugin for tour master system so it’s different custom post type to display it.

And if i choose to use Woocommerce would i have the option to have the same item styling as it is now for products?
Please note that the tour system is not Woocommerce based as we create it from scratch so it won’t work with any part of Woocommerce.

First of all, sorry by my english because is not my native language.
I like the “Yatch tour” demo but my client do not sell tours, he rents different categories of boats. The page will be just an information web, not a woocommerce, it will have different categories of portfolio items, and each one will have several details items, like you have on the “tour detail page”.
Users interested in some of the boats will contact by phone or WhatsApp. We do not need calendars, woocommerce, list prices (only a item detail saying “from 500 €”)
My questions are: can I show these different categories boats like you show in your “tours menu” ?
Could I use the portfolio style like categories and users could click in one of them and watch the completly information details like on a “tour detai”l right now”?
Is this theme compatible with polylang pluging?

1. You can show any categories as you wish in the menu.
2. It’s possible to setup a portfolio and then link it to single tour post, but it will need setup manual instead.

I have some pre-purchase questions please.
1. We are a travel agency and would like to feature many tours from various tour operators. Is it possible to list tours by tour operator (either as a tour category and as a tag) and would it be possible to include the tour operators logo near their name.
2. For each tour, is it possible to create a PDF document which customers can download ? Can this be placed in a separate tab near Itinerary, maps, etc’
3. Some tours prices do not include the excursions. Is it possible for customers to choose the excursions and the total price be reflected accordingly. The same goes for insurance. But insurance price depends on the age of the passengers at time of travel. Can this be set up?
4. We provide gift vouchers. Can these be used by customers when submitting online payments. I understand you a coupon code facility. Can this be used for the vouchers. Also when customers input coupon code, can this be set up as a percentage or a fixed amount or both? Can various codes be used ?
5. Say we organise a tour for maximum of 20 people. Can this number be inputted in the beginning for each tour and availability deducted when clients send their first deposit. Once total number is reached can an ‘on request’ status be displayed.
6. Is it possible for customers to fill up an enquiry form to ask for more information for each tour without making an actual booking or send a deposit ?

1. It’s possible, but the capabilities quite restrict and if you need more than default (submit tour – remove tour – edit tour – update tour), it will need more customize.
2. Yes, you can create your own pdf file and insert it in tour details and content navigation (itinerary – maps – ect).
3. I think it will need work with enquiry form if you don’t have price when the customer book a tour.
4. The coupon code will be use for percentage and fixed amount (one type in one time). Also, the coupon code can be use with various codes, it’s depending your setup.
5. The maximum people can be set and reduce as you wish, but we don’t have an option to change the booking form to request when the maximum people reached.
6. Yes, the enquiry form don’t need an account to submit it.

If you have a tour that visits various locations, example, Italy and Switzerland Milan, Como and Locarno, would this come up in search if people choose any one of the locations ? example if people serach for locarno woud this tour of italy and switzerland come up in seach since it includes locarno as one of the stops?
