Hello, I recently purchase this theme and i have implemented it on my store. Everything is working great so far but i have a couple questions :

1. Im using the Bergatica theme, and everything works great, but when i go to my site on an ultra wide screen and scroll down, the sticky menu that comes down with me is not adjusting to my widescreen and the 3 dashes that expand the menu navigation stay centered but the drop down menu appears all the way to the far left and its not allowing me to click anything as it disappears quick and its off centered from the 3 dashes.

2.on the sidemenu where i apply the product filters, everything works great but the default for the filter categories its to be expanded, i would like the default to be collapsed and have the costume expand as they need. I have many tags and filters that if they are all expanded it becomes cumbersome for the user experience.

3. I would also like to see if its possible to increase the font size for the vertical navigation items on the home page, they are rather small and i would like to increase its font size.

I have a gift card product in my store with variant option named “Amount” and 4 variants. When I visit the gift card product page, there is no dropdown. How do I add variant options that aren’t color or size?

Hi, i want to ask about your theme does he accept ’’ French language? ’’ because i friend of mine told me to buy this theme but he said that if i changed the theme language the theme features changed ( Like error when adding to cart .. )

You can use French or other languages well with our theme like the way you test German language on demo. When changing languages add to cart or other function still work normally. As we mentioned yesterday, we fixed variant, option and swatch issue on your site already. Could you please check if you check on the right theme source because we fixed it on your live site. The issue was fixed. If you see any issues on your site, could you please send us the images showing the issue you mentioned. You said that it was over a week and we were unable to fix it. That is not true. We fixed all the issues you mention including this issue in the first time. However, you wanted to remove your app and you did it so it reverted all the changes we made to the original code. And then you asked us to help you again, rush us again. We are trying to help you and please wait for us.  

Comment tool here is not where for you to rush immediately after you just sent an email to us. We have other customers.

When we already supported you and you delete them, we will charge fee for doing again or you can update luxwatch to newest version. We updated this theme yesterday to add new function for luxwatch and fixed the bugs luxwatch has.

Mega menu is not working since I update with new version of theme. It worked before but it doesn’t work for multi-level drop-down menu. It only work for the menu without multi-level. Please advise. Thanks

We are not sure but we think you are not a pre sale customer, instead of that you are using our theme. You contacted us with many comments from 2018 up to now and always ask for the changes or updates on our theme with a sentence to mention that you will purchase theme to encourage us answer for your questions.

We are sorry but this is our concern when recently we figured out that there are a company uses our theme (1 license for 27 stores).

I so glad you said ’ you’re not sure ’ because in fact I have purchased your theme recently. I will upload proof of this later. I am shocked you are accusing me of using your template on 27 stores. I will be complaining to Themeforest in relation to this.

The reason I comment here is because your support is very much lacking taking 2-3 days to respond to simple queries. I post here as I have found I get response within hours not days.

Also, we always have changelog at the bottom of landing page of Ella theme for each of update. We sent you that information to help you know about the update.

Template “page.about-us-2” can only be applied to one page. If I apply to more than one page, it overwrites the previous page content. When in the theme editor, pages that have the same template applied to are loading the same content. Editing one page, edits all pages with the same theme. Is this by design? Thanks!

My Paypal and Apple Pay buttons are gone now after the debugging on the theme. Please help, what happened? How this is even possible? I thought the payment page is on a different platform on shopify.

I am having the same issue as others. Side menu filters do not show. They show in the theme editor but the changes do not apply or show on the production site. I have done this before with previous versions without issue. It is probably a settings bug. I am using Ella latest version.

In the blog post pages, the Tag Cloud should section not appear if there are no tags to show.

We just updated Ella on November 17th to add 2 more sub collection pages, you need to update theme to have these 2 pages. We also have instruction for you to to update theme without losing your settings (but the update will lose custom code)
