Hi, currently this isn’t possible, to mix other tab content with products (as similar tab content). You can tab multiple product sections but only with products.

Thanks. I have one other problem. On the blog post page there are two times the text of the post. First text is over the header an the other is under the header. How to remove this on the top? The code start with ”<body class=”journal3-blog-post” style=””>”

Hi, simply access your layout in Journal > Layouts > Special and enable a side column position into which you add your modules.

Hi, you can adjust image dimensions settings for various modules on mobile devices (slider, for example), enable Performance settings from Journal > System > Settings > Performance and your page speed score will be increased after.

I saw that on the SEO test sites, it tells me that I have a lot of inline css code, which makes my page large (approx. 500 kB larger), what the text / code ratio is small (is 2) . I would like to remove the inline css, and put it in an external file to shrink the page (page size) and large text / code ratio (for example on our site I have ratio 2, and google tells me it must be at least 10). Hi, you can disable inline CSS from Journal > System > Settings > Performance > Minifiers because it’s not suitable in call cases. As for the number of dom elements, they are proportional with your page content size, the more content you have, the more dom elements are used.

Hi, I am using latest Journal 3 theme. Journal errors are sometimes shown to users. Let me know how to turn off this error display. I have already turned off error reporting in Opencart settings but still errors shown to users. I have hosted my store in vps so I am monitoring apache error log for the website. So do not need this. Kindly help me with the changes to be done on the code to stop showing custom journal errors like journal theme installation error etc. Please do the needful. Thanks
Hi, if you are referring to php errors, Journal doesn’t manage them, it’s Opencart that displays / logs them as well as your server software. As for Journal installation error, that’s an actual notice which shouldn’t be visible once you have properly installed Journal, there’s no need to hide it / log it, it won’t be shown after you have installed the theme.

Hi, I have a problem with displaying the stock on the product page:
Styles / Product Page / Stock —> I have not entered anything in the “In stock Text” field, however I do not see in the product page the default stock of Opencart “Disponibile” (my site is in Italian) instead I see the word “In stock”. I think I should instead be able to view the status set in opencart!
I know that I would easily solve the problem by entering in the “In stock Text” field the same status set on opencart but for me this solution does not work because I have multiple statuses for the available products.
I would therefore like to be able to view the status of the stock that I have set to opencart! As happened in previous versions (before the update that gave the possibility to customize the text of the stock)

Hello, could you suggest me how to do automatically update the price of product in the cart page when i increase the quantity of product . This works well as in checkout page or product page. One more thing is that if we can also change product quantities when you move the mouse over shopping cart , it will show down the list of products and quantities. Regards.
Hi, unfortunately there is no such option in Opencart nor Journal, cart page cannot be updated without page refresh when changing quantity, etc and there is no option to change product quantity from minicart dropdown, if that’s what you’re asking about.

i have customized those options for Journal theme in opencart 2.x and it works but graphical looked horrible . you have journal theme in opencart 3.x , i think these are good features for the themes. In the theme number 3, the price also could change when you increase the quantities. we hope that you would add these features into your theme. Regards.
Hi, Journal 3 has auto update price based on quantity on product page and one page checkout but it doesn’t have auto update price in cart page because that page is maintained entirely by Opencart and they don’t have such feature.

That is not possible unfortunately as the sitemap is not a custom page from us, it’s part of the underlying Opencart system and cannot be replicated. We only provide style options for this page.

Hi, you can edit each tab’s position from the product tabs modules themselves in Journal > Product Extras > Product Tabs. See this to learn more how these work.
Additionally you have a sort order option for all sections within the product details area, so they can be moved up/down according to the sort you indicate. Journal > Styles > Product Page > [Active Style] > Product Details > ... each section within will have a Sort Order option…

IF I WOULD LIKE TO GIVE MY CUSTOMER A COMPLETE PDF CATALOG OF MY PRODUCTS WITH DISCRIPTION AND PICTURES THEY CAN BROWSE OFFLINE.SOMETIMES A SHOPPING CATALOG WILL BE NICE FOR THE CUSTOMERS.
