Dear Team, bought your theme 1 month ago. I’m completly new to wordpress and tried learning by watching tutorials. Everything works fine except: I can’t seem to change the navigation menü on my side. I can’t import ALL the content of the demo, I made the changes in the php.ini but when selecting ALL the progress bar stays at 0% for hours, separately I can import the ATTACHMENTS, the WIDGETS and the OPTIONS but when selecting CONTENT the progress bar does not exceed 20% for hours, what other change is needed to import it?

1. Please note that you can run import the demo in order to get whole our demo content.
2. Our themes do not support RTL. You can install RTL language but our dynamic shortcodes won’t work in RTL fashion.
3. Please, note we bought most of images we are using on our demo sites on Shutterstock service.
Unfortunately, we do not own copyrights for these images and we cannot sell them. You’ll of course get all images after demo import process on your installation, but if you want to use them on your live website you’ll have to purchase them from Shutterstock: http://www.shutterstock.com/

so why should I wait if your developers have just fixed it? why should I wait for your hopes that this update will be released very soon or maybe not? Why I as a buyer must abide by the rules, and you as a seller – no? Why did you sell a non-working item and make me wait for updates? this is not an improvement, not a revision of the new – this is a bug that you must fix and give me a new file. Otherwise, I will write Envato complaining that you are not selling a quality product.
As mentioned in some previous comments, we offered to provide you with some solution for this minor bug (fix for Link feature within Team shortcode) over our support forum, because we are unable to share any theme files publicly. Regarding the theme update, please note that we need some time to make these changes within our theme and then packet it for Theme Forest site. We are working on that, and this update will be released today.

I know how to update a theme. but I do not want to do this. I want just replace the files. For more than 2-3 hours no one from your support answer me. Do you understand that I spend my personal time – few days already. I didn’t pay money in parts! You offer a finished theme – so do it right! no? Ok, return the money! I couldn’t wait any longer. And this is only the beginning, what will happen next?
I ask for the last time – cross-browser does not work (chrome), you may have done it for yourself, but there are other browsers besides you. Theme not respective – I sent screenshots to support. The files where you fixed the error with the link and which need to be changed, not told to me. Either you decide these issues until tomorrow, or I am writing an Evanto about a refund, leaving a corresponding feedback. These are small problems and you not solve them so long! What will happen if the bug turns out to be serious? Don’t need to write basic and prepared answers for me, I know this very well. I ask specifically to tell me WHICH files do I need to replace? And make cross-browser and responsive!

- Once again. All tickets in our support forum are assigned by our support agents and they are answered from oldest to newest (Mon-Fri, 9.00-17.00 CET) and the usual response time is up to 24h and it might vary depending on a number of tickets. Anyhow, our support agents have already answered to all your tickets.
- We implemented a fix for these minor issues within the latest update. So you just need to update the theme and everything will be working fine. We provided some list of updated files, but please note that some sass and js files were minified, so we cannot guarantee that if you replace some files manually, that will solve listed issues. The easiest way to get implemented fixes is to update a theme, and we’ve already suggested to you a couple of times. That’s the usual procedure for fixing some bugs within the theme.
- Regarding the responsiveness, our theme is full-responsive but if some element is not showing fine on some specific device, our support team will gladly assist with that as soon as possible. Anyhow, please note that we tested it on all relevant devices and browsers.
- We are sorry to hear that, but if you don’t wish to use this theme, you can submit a refund request. We really give our best to assist you with any issue, but please note that you’re not the only one customer here, so we cannot respond to all your inquiries instantly. As mentioned above, the usual response time is up to 24h.

Yes, we are an elite author, and this is a premium theme that has a lot of options and customizations, users love that and that is why they buy it. If you do not know how to do something, then simply ask us in our support forum, but if you don’t wish to do anything suggested, please don’t be surprised if something won’t work properly on your end.

I would not want to quarrel with you and give your work to others on web resources, that somebody can help eliminate these bugs that arise in the process of implementing your theme. Let’s do it normal. So you have not a lot of sales, but you don’t already have contentment. On the contrary, you should come to the rescue. These are not such serious problems for the developer to wait for an update, but for the convenience of using the site, this is a problem.
