opened a ticket on jannuary the 18th, #2274414 still no solution, i get only excuses and the plugin is not working with wpml, this is only one of the many problems i got in past, so i’m doing beta testing for redqteam, from april 2019 when i bought the theme. In english language the plugin works, in other language if i set pickup and dropoff date i get no products available. IT’s commedy time: i spent 1 week in support ticket to explain that the problem occurs when you are not logged like an admin on the website…. “it’s working here, you have to clear cache..” cit.

Hi I have a presale questions: 1- In a your old comment on RnB plugin I read “Once the order is cancelled you will need to delete the order. Then dates will not be grayed out.” It means that I manually move to trash a cancelled order to have the right quantity available to re-book? 2- Booking dates (pickup, drop off) of an order, are shown in woocommerce backend orders or woocommerce order emails (admin, client)? Hi 1. you will have to delete the order from the trash as well. 2.we have rnb calendar where the order duration and details are there, also the order details are shown in the woocommerce orders.

For question number 1, I don’t understand very well: in this way the shop manager must always be on alert to avoid the risk of having a vehicle that in reality is avaible, but results not avaible. Moreover, sometimes payment problems with paypal also occur, because the customer reaches the time limit and the order automatically becomes canceled, if the same customer wants to redo the order, or if another customer tries to place an order the vehicle would be busy if the shop manager does not promptly cancel it? There is a way to avoid this problem? Because the system it is well studied and has many options and also the theme is very beautiful and I’m so interested…. Sorry for the long answer. Thanks
Hi if the order cancelled for any reason the admin has to delete the order from back end. That is the way our plugin works.

Is it possible to have more than one item available to rent/hire on the same listing so example 1 listing for a particular bike but there are 10 of the same bike at the location so item can be booked 10 times?
Hi if you have only one bike with 10 quantity then on the listing page only one bike will show and untill 10 users book it . it will be available.

Ok, are there any available functions and hooks that can give us the booking duration of a product that is already in cart? I think you have a problem in rental plugin when we pick a pickup date and drop of date to let it search for available car didn’t give us cars nothing when we delete the date cars appear immediately

i have an expired support i can’t pay 43$ for a problem from your side not my side. with all respect i’ve never see a theme like yours after update there is soo much problem on it why i should pay for your problem, am thinking about changing the theme and if your them still like this i think the most of it’s user will leave it.
