I have a serious issue – on the white background pages, the side menue is colored in a dark color in contrast to the background so it is visible. Same way, on the pages where the background in dark, the side menue is customed in white color so it is visible. However, on one of the white backgrounded pages (print screen attached), the side menue is colored in white so it is NOT visible! How do I control this shifting of menue color according to the background?

Hello! I’ve been using this theme, but I need to have two languages in my website, do you have by any chance the .mop and .po files translated in spanish, or do you have another way easier than translate each line… it takes forever and at the end saving the file, my laptop freezes… :/

Actually, you don’t need to translate all the content since most of them belong to the backend. However, you can use Loco Translate plugin to translate the related string. wordpress.org/plugins/loco-translate/

What is going on – update killed my site! Manually updated the theme and now disaster. The Ave Core is not updating or activating; I was able to manually update WPBakery to 6.0 but the site is now gobbledygook (nothing but WPBakery code, as though WPBakery is not installed).

I was having the exact same problems as micdreams above – couldn’t update the core plugin, couldn’t activate it either. I backtracked to Ave 1.x for today; I will try an update again tonight. Has the issue with the core plugin been resolved?

Ave core isn’t properly updating to 1.4.1 and I had to manually update my theme because it never showed up as an automatic update in the dashboard. There’s also still no update for WPBakery included as well.
The page also crashes when viewing posts now. I had to downgrade to 2.0 to view posts properly. I’m experiencing the same issue with the new demos as well.

I had a ticket opened, and after some messages, I still didn’t get an answer and my ticket has been closed. Yet, the question has been asked while support was still active, ans is still unanswered.
I would like to know why when we share a blog post, there’s no images that appears on the article from facebook, twitter, etc… and if there is a solution to that.
I would be very happy if you could solve this solution. After giving the login creditentials asked by your employee to solve the problem, I still haven’t received an answer, nor the bug has been corrected.

Errors in attributes.
On the product page, when the variations are not associated with each other.
The attributes do not arrive at the checkout and are also not shown in the order panel.
The only information that travels is the “id variation”.
