Really sorry I don’t quite understand your reply above. Let me explain the current accommodation pricing options.
Basically you can create multiple accommodation types ex. superior, deluxe.
Each type you can add seasonal pricing option ex. high season Jan-Mar and low season May-Sep
Each season you can assign different pricing for each accommodation types. Ex. $200 for high season superior room. $150 for low season superior room.

Yes you can export booking information however Airbnb doesn’t provide functionality to sync back 3rd party booking data.
You are wrong. Airbnb offers exporting. Calendar exporting Calendar exporting lets you view your Airbnb calendar on an external calendar that supports the iCal format. To export your calendar in iCal format and add it to your external calendar:
On airbnb.com go to Host and select Calendar Click Availability settings in your calendar view Under Sync calendars, select Export Calendar Copy and paste the Airbnb calendar link into your iCal applications VIA: https://www.airbnb.com/help/article/99/how-do-i-sync-my-airbnb-calendar-with-another-calendar

This script is provided by a company who handles bookings and payments here in France. Is the Hoteller theme able to use this script insteads of the one which seems to be available in the theme ? Basically when you create a room. You can add maximum number of guest per room. For example 2 guests.
Then if customer book this room with 1 or 2 guests. The price is the same as it’s below room’s maximum capacity.
But if customer want to add more guest. You can add service to this room. For example extra bed or extra guest and add price/guest there.
