I have problem with confirming reservation, I installed everything and followed all tutorials and it is all working but when I click on button confirm reservation it just keep spinning. Best regards
Thank you. You may be missing some settings under your payment gateway. I know that if you use Stripe, any missing information will cause the checkout to spin. Can you check your JS console? See if there are any errors. Also you can turn on wp debug to get some more details.

I have version 1.66 theme and I would like to update. I am a little confused regarding V1 and V2 installation. Should I just upgrade to 3?
Also, i am having trouble with the correct pricing on the rooms. That is why I need to update theme. Basically I set a sale price on woo commerce for a certain date, but it always gives me the price I set in the room. Sale price is set up right now until dec 20 but if I book in January, still gives me the price I set in the room itself. Its paying no attention to the price in woo commerce.
Thanks for the update. V1 is when we used the Meta Box system and we still bundled with WP Booking System. Now we bundle with a new Booking System and we also use Elementor for the page builder. It’s a big upgrade. Coming from V1, you’ll need to rebuild your pages using the new Elementor page builder because they are different page building systems. If you don’t want to do that, that’s fine, we are still supporting V1 as well.
As for the booking system, what are you using? WP Booking System?

“Rooms” is adjustable because it’s part of our theme. Accommodation and service category is a custom post type from the Hotel booking plugin (MotoPress) and that’s not developed by us, so there is no way for us to alter that.
It’s actually not possible with the plugin cause they lock it down. I’m not sure why, but I’ve looked into this before.
There is a workaround though. I haven’t tested it but it should work. please see: https://themovation.ticksy.com//ticket/2048563/

It’ a big back-end problems wich not appear clearly in wp-admin and a lot of plugins which I can not see correctly since Wordpress update 5.3. I reverted back to WP 5.2.4, now it’s working well. I am using Bellevue v1 and php 7.3. Could you make Bellevu V1 compatible with WP 5.3, I’m not abble to go to the Bellevue V3 version…

When you update does the frontend still work? Is it just the backend that has issues?
Yes, its just the back-end, I can’t make new pages or modify other…. There is also a lot of plugins that not appear correctly in the back-end.

I am experiencing back-end problems (missing buttons and styles only in wp-admin and a lot of plugins which I can not see correctly) since Wordpress update 5.3 and reverted back to 5.2.4. Just wondering is Bellevue v2 compatible with Wordpress 5.3? I am using php 7.1.33 Front-end is looking perfect, bookings are coming in fine.

I have pinpointed to Bellevue v2, it is not compatible with Wordpress 5.3!
All plugins deactivated, switched to template Twenty Nineteen all problems gone, reverted to template Bellevue v2. Not working admin backend, buttons are gone.
Will Bellevue V2 be updated to become compatible with Wordpress 5.3?
Or am I now forced to update to Bellevue V3 and start all over? Please respond!

Yes, if you are renting a bed out (or a room) would add those as a separate Accommodation Type, because each bed will have its own capacity.

what is meant by “Add bed types – you’ll be redirected to Settings menu , where you’ll need to specify your bed types > click Add Bed Type button > scroll down and save changes.”
Does the type of bed mean the type of structure (eg. bunk bed, four-poster bed, etc.) or the number of squares (eg. single bed, double bed etc.)?
Also what exactly is this setting for? Because I did a test by entering a type of bed (double bed) but I can’t find it in the room page once I save.

RE: As far as I know, Bed Types. is just for display. I don’t think it has anything to do with the booking process. Kinda like adding amenities.
