Hello, this is Alex from Formula Swiss. We bought (41dd25a2-71db-42d1-8715-59442c2c2692) a theme from you, however everytime we try to get it running, we get the error-message “The Link you followed has expired”. Could you please help us to get the theme running correctly? Thanks in advance!

Having trouble with plugins and error messages. There were many plugins that needed updating, most came with theme. I tried to update all at once and it broke the site, so I did it one by one. I have 4 left that show they are not 100% compatible with the theme, these were all included with the theme. Upon further research I have discovered below:

1. On dashboard there is an error on screen that says: “Auto_Install_Upgrader_Skin::feedback($string) should be compatible with WP_Upgrader_Skin::feedback($string, ...$args) in /var/www/wp-content/themes/alone/theme-includes/includes/sub-includes/auto-setup/class-fw-auto-

2. There is bar at the top on dashboard that reads: “Hey! Thanks for your used alone child theme. (current version 1.0)”.

Pre purchase questions: I notice you have a place to post donors at the bottom but is there a scrolling option to this? Also I don’t see a gallery do you have one with this theme? Also, do you have a maintenance mode, so I can work on the site on the backend while still having a landing page show on the front end?

I am trying to register the theme Alone with the Purchase Code: a6576645-269f-42ad-b48b-604551a8f912 But I am getting this error:

Hello, Thank you for this theme! I just finished my site and put it online and I have a big problem with the speed of the display. I don’t understand where this comes from, I’ve looked everywhere and I absolutely must be able to fix this problem before I can deliver the site. However, I deleted plug-ins like woocommerce from the initial version. I installed the plug-ins you recommend to improve speed. The speed test score is catastrophic. I may have missed a step in the installation that is problematic. It seems that I am missing some elements to configure the site on the back office. How to Customize the Alone Theme

Alone theme support why are you guys doing this… you guys are not responding to me when I send ticket… I really need help about making changes in the Menus Bar (To customize it) When I do the changes nothing happen.

How do I change the background color of the footer? And also you guys should try all your best and enable The Theme Options for me because it’s not showing on Dashboard
