I asked because in the ‘Software Version’ it’s only… WordPress 5.2.x’. If you are accepting suggestions, I would say to update that information. =P
One last thing. Is Yoast fully compatible and without any issues? I ask because there are some themes where the Yoast block is appearing in the middle and above of another Wordpress block when a post/page is being created or edited.

This is our demo site with over 400+ images available without optimised.
You can optimise the images also cache the css and js to load static content with cache plugin.
It will definitely increase page speed scores. As this is demo site for show demo. We dont want to optimise images due to demo images.
You can optimise obile menucolor and options from elementor option.
