Hello , how to remove the author,date and comment on single post and page

We’ve got a purchase verified The Fox theme that is causing some issues which are crashing the website that it is installed on.

The theme is fully up to date with your latest release and all plugins are updated. The theme is causing the Media Library to load very slowly and while it loads if you try to navigate on the front end of the website it causes 502 Bad gateway errors.

Occasionally this happens when in the Media Library itself also, including 504 errors. Additionally, deactivating all plugins and then reactivating them individually will also cause a 502 error on individual plugins at random – never the same plugin.

However, when we switch to the Wordpress default 2020 theme – or any other theme – with all the same plugins activated, there are no issues. It is only when The Fox is installed.

Can you please take a look at this as this has been fine until your theme delivered updates.

hello, your demo website is down

Hello. It is strange, but i see blank page when trying to create new post or page. Editing page/post works normally. I tried to deactivate all plugin, but nothing helped. When I switched to other template, problem dissapeared. It seems to be a problem with TheFox template.

What could it be? Thanks.

With the The Fox theme I seem to see some issues using WP Bakery. WP Bakery behaves differently when with the The Fox theme, less visual composer functions as compared to when I am NOT using The Fox theme ie more functions available. With the fox vc renders in black. without the fox it is the on white background. I am trying to establish a post grid, a function which is available in Visual Composer but not when the The fox theme is active.?! Do advise dear Tranmautritam.

I wanted to look at some Demo Pages for The Fox Theme. After download, the pages are visible in the editor but I cannot access them (Technical difficulties). Also pointing to one of the pages as home page from the dashboard doesn’t work (stuck at page loading).

I get a message that I need Cesis Custom Posts, but cannot find that specific plugin. Is the absence of this plugin the cause of the issue? And if so where can I find this plugin?

looks like the date format (from wordpress general settings) is no longer being respected. Same issue started on both sites I’m using this template on. Date format selected is F j, Y ,but the site is showing 14 April, 2019 . Can you confirm? Thanks,

in the footer, the ‘Text to display in footer under bar’ box doesn’t display more than one line of text when publishing to production. I need as many lines of text to appear as needed in this space. The open text box allows me to type as much as I want, but only one line appears on the site. Can you adjust code to not cut off text? One thing I noticed – all of the text appears when in tablet and mobile view – only desktop view cuts off the text and only shows one line.. thanks.

Hello, I am using the latest version of TheFox 3.8.7, and the server I’m on is using php version 7.2.

I am getting the following error anytime I try to make adjustments to theme options “There was a problem with your action. Please try again or reload the page.”

I just inherited a WP site with your theme, but it’s TheFox version 1.30. I would be happy to buy a new license to update it, if you say it’s possible without content / function / layout design loss.

Can I achive the update with a regular owervrite, or will this be a much complicated task to update from the old v1.30 to the new v3? What do you think?
