i try to upload .xml file via wordpress importer but it is not uploading too
You need to follow steps as mentioned in https://www.qubewptheme.com/docs/theme-installation-setup/ . We didn’t mention anything about manual xml import. It’s simple and takes 55-15 minutes to import. Please make sure your hosting has all required php parameters https://www.qubewptheme.com/docs/general-guidelines/ required to run the theme You can open support ticket at https://support.radiantthemes.com/open.php.

Hi , Can this theme be translated to other languages? and are there languages folder and .pot files for this theme? I mean translation with poedit.
Yes, Qube is translation ready. You can use loco translate or wpml to translate. It’s not RTL ready out of the box.

Sure you can do. Any language translation tool would work. POT file is already included.

“Importing Please Wait” Is taking a long time, can I get an XML file to install the DEMO for the “Start-up” demo? I am unsure if it is just going to take a really long time or if there is a problem.
Never mind, I found out the problem. It’s with my upload limits / system status. I will talk to my host provider.
Actually, even with the system status all green, the demo is still not uploading. I just created a ticket.

We see you have successfully imported a demo and your site looks great. All xml files are already within the package. As there are about 100 pages with all images, assets, vectors so it some times can take a little longer than expected. Also, the speed of import depends upon hosting processing power allotted for your hosting account. We have seen under siteground, bluehost, inmotionghosting or HostGator environment demo import completes within 5-10 minutes.

Ohhh, when you checked probably at that time we were making some changes to headers. Please check now, it’s working as it should be.
The import demo option is not working. Can you provided a way to download and import locally? I want ALL demos imported – currently suck at 14% for 30 min.

I had imported a demo website, using “One Click Demo Import” I had imported the website, “Corporate”. And it loaded correctly except for some images. I need to import another website, “Hosting”, as I want to use the home page for some other inner page design. But I’m not able to import it. I tried many times, but that page is not getting imported. Can you please tell me how to import multiple websites? I need to import the “Saas” website home page also. I have created a support ticket as well.

Probably php execution time is low. Maybe you can open a ticket with a temporary site access and we can try to get a demo imported. Please mention which demo you want us to import.
yeah well i have php settings open, just changed Max. Execution Time from 300 to 3000, error again comes up after merely 10 seconds. Any other ideas? > thanks for the quick reply:)

Import process downloads a XML file to your hosting and then import starts. If this execution fails quickly then this can happen. If you use SiteGround or bluehost kind of hosting then we find they usually have higher php parameters execute such process smoothly. You may send a temporary access and we can try to see what exactly happened from log file.
To make it convenient for everybody that buys your theme you may state the necessary php parameters you found by solving this issue previously on here. Im a administrator and just want to know the setting requirements, not that difficult as the cURL error 28 is very clear. Thanks in advance.
Yes, in two occasions we found import file wasn’t downloaded properly so we uploaded import file to their hosting and run import which went smoothly. We’re working on updating the import process and update should go live in next 12-16 hrs. If you allow this time then you’ll be able to get an update if the theme from themeforest very soon or you may grant a temporary access and we can try to import and confirm you in next few minutes.

Hey thanks, great and fast support! One issue: when changing and saving the case study slug, im stuck with infinite loading. Any idea what to do? Also the portfolio main page slug always has /portfolio/ in the slug. So you can name the page projects but it will be /portfolio/projects/ > why did you actually add this aside from the more flexible case study post type? (if i can easliy straighten the portfolio slug than i wish to use case study post type for a news section) PS. this is one of those good themes on envato, you covererd practicly everything!
We’ve added both the ‘Portfolio’ and ‘Case Studies’ post type for the flexibility. For example, if any customer is using https://www.qubewptheme.com/attorney-2/ demo, then he’ll able to use both ‘Case Studies’ and ‘Portfolio’. You’ll be able to change slug for them from ‘Theme Options > General > Custom Slug’. After changing slug, please save the permalink once from ‘Settings > Permalinks’. Also, you can change URL as per your wish by using https://wordpress.org/plugins/custom-permalinks/ third-party plugin. In case of news section, we’ve already https://www.qubewptheme.com/blog/ page which is coming through ‘Posts’.

We have imported Creative Agency demo in your site, please check. The problem was the xml file was not getting downloaded completely on your server on time as there was a Video slider of size 32 mb. Its fixed now, please check.

Thank you. At this moment it’s not fully RTL ready. However, QUBE is translation ready and POT file is included with the package.
Import Demo, after one hour still not finish yet. Is that normal?
Full demo is over 300 mb so it may take time. Instead you can update the theme and you’ll get individual demo which can be finished within 5 minutes.

Hi there, looks like an amazing theme! A couple of questions before I buy… Can the components from each page and demo be combined on a single page? Is the fashion store demo the only e-commerce template? If I want to change the entire color scheme of the full site, is it easy to do? Thanks!
You can combine our elements (can be found under Elements menu) into any page.
Another e-commerce demo is Furniture. You can change colour schemes from Elementor styles section and maybe little custom css in few areas.

1. Would I be able to change the background image?
2. And is there any way to add more animation when the user scrolls down?
3. Would there be a possibility to add an action button like for example “Sign Up” and perhaps be able to split the front home page into two like one with a login function and the other with information?
4. The promotion is for the first 30 buyers?
5. Can the footer be customized like colour etc?
Point 1-3 are all part of Elementor, so you can make those changes easily.
4: That’s correct
5: We have header and footer builder for the theme which can be edited in Elementor itself.
You’ll get all designs as shown in our demos. If you can visualize mentioned designs with an of our provided design then you can make it like that or you need to customize and create using elementor.

You can add sliders to any demo. We have used slider revolution in few demos and all those slides are included with the theme. You can add additional slides easily.
