Theme is great but Support is a shame !

I asked those guys to let me know how could I have another menu display on other pages and how to add buttons in the header and they told me that it’s not their problem !

I just have a simple question about the new version of WPBakery 6.1. Since the update, I cannot see the WPbakery page builder but only the WP classic editor (here is a screenshot : https://prnt.sc/qfdvny). And now, I cannot edit my pages anymore.

What does the issue is from ?

I also tried to 1) Switch onto a default theme like twenty sixteen. 2) Go to WPBakery Page Builder -> design options -> disable & save. 3) Switch back to the main theme but the problem still remains.

What can I do?

I’ve purchased this theme around a year ago and my support is now expired, but now after adding new projects to my portfolio a year later, I am going through the same issue that “dunies” in the above comments is facing with the buggy filters:

1. The categories numbers show only the amount of projects you set to be displayed and not the total amount.

From my experience the counters should show the total amount and you set limit of how many will be displayed. When I set to show 12, from 3 categories (Branding, Print, Websites) it was showing 3 Branding, 9 Websites and 0 Print. As a visitor I would have thought that there are no prints! Actually there were many on Prints category.

Has this issue been fixed? Or is there a way around it?

Contact Form 7 in Contact us page: Ive set up the plugin correctly, SMTP server is correctly configured, I get the message in Flamingo, BUT do not receive an email notification. There is an issue in the mobile navigation where parent pages cannot be accessed. Clicking a parent page will always bring up the dropdown of child pages. Is there a fix for this bug?

Hello, It seems when that visual composer and the AFC plugin are not compatible- when I switch if the AFC plugin the Visual composer works, when I activate AFC ten visual composer functions are gone. How to solve this? My support package is expired but this may be a general issue to be solved. Look forward to hear from you, thanks in advance!

....Meanwhile I rolled back to an older AFC version and older Visual composer, thats works better but only the front end editor of VC and not the backend one.

Thanks for theme, I just bought it and I am happy for now. May I ask how I close the slider vertical number on the main page 1-2-3-4-5 etc? I am using Portfolio Horizontal Scroll demo and I don’t want to see the numbers because of the text on in it.
