Hi, I am unable to ‘register’ for the support -ie I do not get an email when I try to sign up and it won’t take my wordpress credentials. When I installed the demo, all of the image quality is extremely low and pixelated. Is this common? Site is exliance.com

2) The theme package does not include the images along with it so the image quality is extremely low and pixelated. If you need the pictures that we are used in the theme, then you need to purchase those image licenses separately. hi buddy, how do i get rid of the slider on the demo homepage? its not in the headers templates, its not in the page either. i dont want a slider. i deactivated the slider plugins but the shortcode still shows.

Cant get your support website to confirm my email.. Anyways i changed the logo via Customize feature and it is very small but your original logo is bigger… How can i fix this issue?

The import of demo content via Unyson as suggested in the documentation does not work, the “Backup & Demo Content” extension is not enabled upon plugin installation. Tried to open a ticket through your support ticket system as described in the documentation, but nowhere does the support ticket system reference the Invico theme; it is not listed.

Note: Before installing the demo content, please check that your server has the following limits as explained in our knowledge base link else contact your hosting support to do so.
