I wanted to use this theme for the first time after purchase.
The biggest deficiency of the theme is that it is not suitable for BLOG.
Blog layout in theme, Single Page Layout, Blog Archive, Featured Visual Settings are extremely missing. Single page layouts are limited and do not appear appropriate.

I am not sure what you mean by not suitable for blogs? we do have multiple layouts for blog, you can also change the way our single post page looks and can actually use Fusion Builder there to create your own layout for individual posts, however by default they will use the layout we have for our single posts, you can also change Blog Archive layout in our theme via Avada > Theme Options > Blog Tab, I see you have not opened up any ticket with us in this regard, if you need help with anything please open a support ticket and our team will get back to you as soon as possible.

1. Yes, Avada is 100% SEO ready and you can also use advanced SEO plugins such as Yoast SEO which is 100% compatible with our theme.
2. Yes, you can use buddyPress with Avada, we also have a design integration for BBPress and you can check it in our demo here => https://bit.ly/38ZLIIg however we have not heard about that Youzer plugin and have not officially tested it.

Can you please let me know how your lazy load affects SEO of the images? Can the full sized images still be crawled and indexed?

Lazy load is for the front end and it affect page loads more than it affects SEO. General search engines crawl the page source. Lazy load will reduce the page loading time (which will have a positive impact in terms of SEO). Also, yes, full size images can be crawled and index (if the full size image is added to the page)

Hello, my token to register the product isn’t accepted. Ive tried multiple times, but it keeps saying “invalid token or wrong account”. Since I don’t have multiple accounts and the token was directly copy pasted from the generator I don’t know what to do. Please help! Thank you!

Please double check the following.
1. Make sure that you do not have any issues with servers inside your System Status Tab.
2. Please make sure that you are signed into the right ThemeForest account from which Avada is purchased.
3. Please try and create a new token by signing in again to the account and make sure you provide all the permissions as mentioned here => https://bit.ly/2s0SMUo
Try again and you should be able to create a proper token, if however the issue persist please create a support account and open a support ticket so our team can check this in details.

Regarding your product licensing, you have to purchase/own a license for each publicly accessible domain install of the theme. Regardless of whether the installation domain is a sub domain or not, if it is publicly accessible, it requires a license.
If you are migrating to a different domain and you already have your product registered with your original purchase code etc, you do not need to purchase a new license; You can simply add your registered purchase information to the new installation’s product registration tab.

The light-box in the portfolio (pop up) can only be used to see the featured images or an assigned video. Currently this can not show the entire single portfolio page. This would need customization done to the content

Hi, currently my website is on Avada Version: 5.4.2. i wish to update to the latest update, but i do not have access to the themeforest account to download the latest version of Avada.
However, can i purchase the new Avada Theme with different account, download it and upload to my website with a old Avada theme that brought with different account

Hi,
I have created a flip box with a video on the back side which works fine BUT when I tap to make video full screen then return close full screen (Esc) the flip box layout is corrupted.

All Woocommerce pages (single shop pages) do have a quantity box added, screenshot here. For the main shop page, this would require custom code (however the user can always add the product twice if needed) or change the quantity int he cart page

We’re using the Cafe Avada layout with a sidebar menu, and need to put an image in the background of the sidebar(header). We managed to achieve this using the theme options, but there are no settings to adjust it’s sizing and positioning. Can we achieve this using css?

Dear ThemeFusion, I’ve just installed Classic theme and edited the demo. But the result is really surprised me and I coulnd’t find what I’ve done wrong. I mean page design is totaly different in Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Explorer. everything is ok just in Chrome and site is right handed all other browsers and boxes and other staff is not working well. It appears you have cache. I would request you to please clear the cache from Theme options,by going to WordPress admin panel dashboard → Avada → Theme Options → Performance and click on “Reset fusion caches”, Screenshot here⇒ https://prnt.sc/p4pq0z. Please clear all server and browser cache post this and re-check the front end of your site in an incognito window. If the issue still prevails then in the same area as mentioned above, please try setting your compiling method to Database and recheck the issue
