Hi. I have got a problem with translation a website to another language (Polylang plugin).

1. Can I have two different footer for two different languages? 2. Can I setup such different footers in the theme settings? (Or I have to change each page for setup another footer?)

This plugin is similar to WPML plugin, so you can do with it. But make sure you use the chargeable plugin. However, we do not support this plugin.

Dear kutethemes, When I am activiting “Ovic: Import Demo” Plugins, It shows the following error. “The site is experiencing technical difficulties. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.” and When I am trying to install This Plugins “Woo Advanced Product Size Chart” It shows the the following error “Something went wrong with the plugin API.”

What should I do now?

Hi. Have been using KuteShop for almost a year now. Everything worked fine until the support license expired. Now the logo on the page has been changed to KuteShop’s logo and the colors are changed to KuteShop. It seems that KuteShop has locked in not being able to change the log and now you have to buy a new license just to get in touch with them. And I can’t update the theme … Seems very strange with this theme ….

It is a beautiful theme with many features, however, it is so complicated to configure many the features the theme is completely unusable for us.

We asked for a refund almost immediately after purchase, and Envato flatly refused our refund because we hadn’t worked through our multiple problems with theme support. While I somewhat understand that approach, this is a theme that didn’t work correctly from the very beginning, so should we have to wait days and days to try and get support, for something that should have worked “out of the box”.

And for those that are curious, we’re not talking about any high end special requests, things as simple as their built in header builder don’t work, i.e. you can change the header on the home page, but there is no way to change the header on the shop page to match.

There are many similar problems, and after beating on the problems for literally weeks, we have to dump all our work and start over purchasing another theme in hopes that one will work.

Very unhappy, after being an Envato customer for years, that I couldn’t just get a refund for a product that never worked as advertised. I understand that theme support might be willing to try and fix it, but how much of my time should I have to donate because their product doesn’t work.

Understand what you’re getting into before you buy, total waste of time for me.
