Hi, I bought the theme and install it on fresh web-host with fresh wordpress, I tried so many times to import demos but it gave me time out error, by the way all requirement is checked my timeout is 1000s, Can you help me please? Also I tried with manual import, it gave me critical error, btw all plugins is installed, also most of the theme functions doesn’t work.

We purchased this theme with the intention of using it for our website. After using the theme we found it may not be the right choice for us… It is such a great theme, but it just isnt the style for our business

We only downloaded it at the start of April, has never been published and it stayed in the test environment.

Since then we have moved to designing our website in a platform away from WordPress.

Can you please arrange a refund? We have no idea how to organised this one.

I recently updated the theme and child theme. For some reason all the primary colors went back to the default. When I go to the custom color section, my custom color is there but its not displaying. I’ve been going through and manually changing the colors but did not know if you had any insight into this.

Can I please have a refund? I am installing this theme twice now, once on Ubuntu 16.04 with Virtualmin and WordPress installs, and once on CentOS usng FTP and SSH, both times, I get an error, this is for a project due tomorrow, and I can’t use this, and need to purchase another thank you.
