We have never tested our theme with this plugin so I cannot be sure. However, Crocal is coded with the WordPress standards in mind, so you should have no issues using professionals plugins.

Check on this article – https://docs.euthemians.com/tutorials/envato-market-wordpress-plugin-for-theme-updates/ – how you can enable the 1-click updates. Automatic updates are not allowed in WordPress. Users get a prompt message in the dashboard to update the theme.

Also, when I go to the theme itself it says it’s up to date. Which it’s not.

Maybe there is a temporary issue with Envato API which we do not handle of course. For sure this has nothing to do with the theme. We just follow the recommended official way by Envato to provide our theme updates.

Although I am loving the theme so far, I noticed that creating a testimonial item generates a post page linked to from Google search results, and I lack any ability to update how that testimonial page is formatted. Has anyone else run into this issue?

The Testimonial is a custom post type so it is pretty normal to get indexed by Google. I would say that any different behaviour could be an issue here. However, if you need for any reason to hide the testimonial posts there are various ways to individually exclude content from searches (with Yoast SEO for example).

There seem to be a lot of differences between the demos on the preview and the demos when installed. Headers, fonts, colors, whitespace that shouldn’t be there, etc… Any idea why that is?

I got a hang of the theme but I’m stuck and can’t find how to change page side content button icon design. Standard one is hamburger but I would like to change it to something else.

I am deeply interested by your fabulous theme – looks so great! But before any buy, I would like to know if it is possible to have a kind of ’’demo’’ version in order to test the theme with my website? I mean, even if Crocal looks absolutely great – at least, your demos – I don’t know if its universe would fit the specitifities of my website.
So do have I to buy it to try it or is there any other possibility?
And if it doesn’t work after the purchase, would I be reimbursed?

Need help with the arrows in the drop down menu. Since we have gone live with the site. (http://www.njspinecenter.com/) The arrow have changed in the drop down menu, and also in my slider (I have them turned off for now). They are squares in Chrome, Chinese Character in Explorer, and in Firefox it looks like a box has F1 05 within the box.

Hello! Your theme is just great! I have only one tiny problem in my Portfolio page. I used the “Slider” as a Feature element, which shows 5 portfolio items. The problem is that I used “numbers” as pagination, and it starts from no2 (although the slide that is shown is the first one). Do you have noticed it before? Thanks in advance!

I know how to set numbers as pagination, the problem is that the shown numbers are wrong. When you load the page, it starts with the 1st slide and the number is shown is 2, and then continues with the 2nd slider and the shown number is 3, and it goes like this, until it reaches the end of the selected sliders. Do you want me to provide you the url?
One more thing : in services v1 everything looks fine, but the slider contains slides with images. In my case the slider contains porfolio items (posts). Maybe there is a bug in that case?

We have also tested the feature slider with portfolio items and it also seems to work just fine. Be sure that we are here to fix anything we can. However, as you can easily understand, we have to verify it first at our end and with the theme as it is. In this case, there is nothing to verify.
So, please double check that you are full-updated, remove any custom code or 3rd party plugins you may use and try again. Thank you!
