Hi, that is actually the newsletter module and it doesn’t have options for name unfortunately, only email. The popup is just the wrapper container, which can display any module.

Hi, there’s no such option for the Mini Products, those are only list mode. That display option is only available for the Products module.

Hi, Sorry to post this post as a comment but my support has expired and cant send ticket right now but i want to inform you about this error. I use custom fields in my registration page whenever you click register button these errors shows up (actually the error lines are not relevant to custom fields but you may know this). I disabled error reporting for now to get rid of.

Hi, that is in Journal > Skins > Edit > Category > Subcategories > Items per Row.
You need to work with the Items per Row option. In this option you’ll be able to indicate how many items to display per row at any resolution, just add breakpoint rules and apply desired items per row. For each rule there is also a spacing option so apply a spacing between the products as well. This spacing is a variable defined in Journal > Variables > Spacing, but you can also type a custom value in each field and click enter.

I get the answer from support that there is no official solution to apply journal3 theme on 2 to 3 stores using OC multistore feature, I deeply checked the sql you guys basically not using the right way to describe styles all styles/module names should be different, you guys are giving option to people who want to setup multistore to use themes other than Journal3, wow and sad, you selling the most highly sold theme & you ain’t added this cheap function to choose demo from somewhere in theme setting instead of export & import from all different 9 demos.
Hi, unfortunately Journal demos are not a single component that can be applied to different stores in one go. An entire demo is made up of styles and skins + modules added on layouts.
Since stores are layout based you’d need to manually add modules to each layout.
This doesn’t stop you from creating multistore with Journal, all you have to do is create them manually. You basically import a demo as a starting point and duplicate the skin, variables, styles, modules, etc. And then add the new modules on the the other store’s layout.
So multistore is fully supported, it’s just not as automated at this stage.

Hi, it covers the Journal 3 theme but you can file tickets for Journal 2 as well, just note that new features aren’t being added to Journal 2 so we may not be able to provide the assistance you need for Journal 2. However, if you’ve encountered a bug or need help with existing features in Journal 2 you can go ahead and renew support and file a ticket.

Hi, you’d have to manually create a logout button as well and have it disabled for guests, while the login one is disabled for customers. See the Status option in each menu, the customer tab.
