I have followed the same steps as mentioned in the documentation but still getting the below session expired error on importing the demo content (on my local server), already increased the max_execution_time to 6000 but still facing the same issue. Also, I have created a ticket and didn’t get any update on this, highly appreciate your prompt response

And the demo is not being installed… What to do?

I did activate the licens, but how do I reduce the name of the database? Where is it located and what is the name to look for?

hi there,
i am having a huge amount of issues with this theme.
i cant figure out how to edit the banners? for example, if i click on pages and then click on creative studio. it brings up the wpbakery editor and shows the various widgets/banners. im unable to click into any of the banners to change them. all i can change is the column info. if i click on the banners option in the left menu, then click on banners. there are no banners. there are no banner groups. i honestly have no idea how to edit anything in this theme.

I got the latest version of the Theme. I don’t even have the “sansara shortcode” plugin. Where do I get that? That plugin didn’t come with the theme.
You can find it in the plugins. Please look more attentive 
I think you should be more attentive, because Sansara is a totally different theme, we are talking about the LUXA theme not the SANSARA…

Hello, I have one more question. How can you make the banner image responsive on mobile devices? The banner image doesn’t scale on smart phones from edge to edge on the screen like other plugins like Revslider images for example. I just checked your sample LUXA site and the banner image doesn’t scale down properly either on mobile devices. Can you tell me where or how to set this up? Thanks!

Hello. I used this theme on another domain and registered it to that domain, but then later on I deleted the hosting server without unregistering the code. How do I apply the code on the new domain? It tells me I need to unregister it from the other domain.

Every time I login I get the message to activate the theme. I already took the code from the text file and successfully applied it but it asks again after a while! what’s going on?

yes I get the message every time I do it. Whenever I come back to the activation page the code has changed and I am asked to enter it again.
Some servers have a delay. Don’t worry, if you’ve activated it once – all functionallity available for you. Just dismiss it.

Hello, I’m having issues with the “Demo Content” Installation. At first it wouldn’t pass 1/111 after I added some custom variables to .htaccess:
php_value upload_max_filesize 128M php_value post_max_size 128M php_value memory_limit 256M php_value max_execution_time 900 php_value max_input_time 900
But now it fails at 3/111 with the same error: “The execution failed. Please check error.log” I can’t find the error.log file. How can I fix this?
Hello! Please go to Theme Options -> Site Info and check, did you parameters have changed? Also, please check the database user rights ( to create temp tables in the database) And check the php error log, you can find it in the admin panel of your hosting or contact your hosting support
the values were not right, I corrected that by modifying the php.ini file making sure the correct values are in place by looking at “Options -> Site Info and check” and phpinfo.php. HOWEVER, the installation of the “demo content install” shows the same error “The execution failed. Please check error.log” how do we fix this?

I went to Media->Retina->Generate clicked on generate. Went back to the demo content install and still got the following error:
“Failed to create tmp table”
You need to contact your hosting support to change the database user rights (possibility of creating additional tables in the database)

Check that this table doesn’t have more than 64 characters. The main table name can be very long. There can be 2 issues: dbuser rights or table name longs than 64 (including temp table)
the name has 48 characters. I’m on the phone with goddady, it seems no other settings can be changed, here is there official response: “As per our discussion, due to this being a managed WordPress account, you do not have access to modifying the permissions for the database or for the users. If you need to make any additional changes to the database setup you would need a different type of hosting platform. – Ash Langenberg GoDaddy Guides | Hosting Support “
Try to create this table manually (via phpmyadmin). It will solve your problem
How many fields should I create it with, what names and what type each field?
I created a table with that name and I’m still getting the same exact error. I spend 2 hours with godaddy on the phone they claim they don’t give me the option to change permissions for users however you say they do provide me with those options. my hands are tied. I’ll send you access to my phpadmin console so you can create the table and we can see if that works.

no, I’m in a multi-year contract with the current plan, if I change anything they’ll remove some offers that I have and bump the price to more than double which at this moment is too expensive and on top of that unnecessary (as all the other templates I have work fine). Can we agree on a refund as the template specifically doesn’t work for me and my hosting?
