The latest version of ThemeRex Addons is 1.88.5 You can update all the bundled plugins to the latest version using Themerex Updater plugin included in the package. We recommend making a full backup of your website before any updates.

Hi,
I just updated the theme and have two major issues: 1) on front page, where the google map is, I can’t see the title anymore which beofre update could be seen on top of slider… now the slider hides the header… when you refresh page, you see header, then it dissapears once loaded. 2) I don’t have menu visible on contact page any longer nor google map (while everything is configurated as before and worked before update) Thank you for enlightening me on how to resolve Kind regards

Please update bundled plugins using Themerex Updater plugin.

I can’t change the footer in the demo content page (home 2) even if I set everything on default in theme options. It is somewhere overridden but I cant find where. The default mode works only on a few pages. Where do I find the right setting??

Please navigate to page where your changes are not displaying. Go to Theme options (at the bottom of the page)> Footer> and check what style is set for footer.

Clipart images can not be used without express permission from the owner and/or need to be purchased separately (this information is also specified in theme description and documentation).

All existing demo pages and layouts are built using WPBakery Page Builder and should be customized using WPBakery Page Builder ONLY.
Our theme is compatible with Gutenberg page builder. You can create new pages using this editor, though you can still use pre-built custom header and footer layouts.
It is possible to switch between the page builders. Please use One page builder for creating/customizing One particular page/post/layout.
But if you need a precise copy of our demo – all required plugins (including WPBakery Page Builder) should be installed.

Booked appointments plugin has free Calendar Feed add-on to bring appointments into your Google Cal, but it’s a one-way sync only. You cannot sync back to the WordPress calendar from Google.

Hi there, When I update to latest version 1.3.1 I gt broken them options panel and messed styles. Using a child theme. If I continue using the original 1.1 version everything works fine. Any ideas? I had a support ticket in 2018 on this issue. thks kyle

Once new theme version is installed, please navigate to WP Dashboard > Plugins > Installed Plugins.
Update ThemeREX Addons plug-in. You can click on “Update” button (if available in a particular theme) or deactivate and delete this plug-in. Then follow the prompt to install it again. This will load a new plug-in version on the site.
If the issue is still presented, please submit a ticket under “Pre-sales questions” category, so we’ll check.
