This isn’t a question of whether a theme supports WebP images, WordPress itself doesn’t support this image format. You’ll need to use a plugin to support this e.g. https://wordpress.org/plugins/webp-express/

You can rate out of 5 instead of 10, but the theme does not have a star rating display.

Why can’t you answer my question(s)?
There are three main reasons for this:
1) If I answer your question(s), that means I need to answer every customer’s question. Suddenly I’m answering tons of questions outside of the ticket site for customers with expired licenses.
2) It’s not fair on all the customers that have renewed their support license for similar question(s).
3) If I answer one question, it usually turns into a few more follow questions, until I’m answering a lot of questions.
It should be included in the manual instead of having us to ask
There are no theme options to edit the write a review page, you will need to edit the theme files. This is not included in the documentation because this is a very specific question about how to customise one particular file. Documentation generally does not include information like this as support does not include customisation help.
However if you do open a support ticket I can point you in the right direction, or you could hire me to modify the form for you, which may be the cheaper and quicker option. Will huber ever get AMP support? It has a massive difference in speed for the theme, but there are many incompatible components at the moment.

Have you tried running the AMP official WordPress plugin, I’m not seeing any compatibility issues with Huber.
It breaks all of the ajax forms whether ajax is enabled or not. For example drop down filters. Transitional and Reader modes don’t offer performance improvements like Standard which is what seemingly breaks it because of how the form submission is handled. https://amp-wp.org/documentation/playbooks/handling-form-submissions/

Hi, Is it possible to download/provide an older version of the huber theme? I am looking for version 2.17. There are some changes I must have inadvertently made to theme files and want to run comparison with original to find out which files differ. Trying to upgrade to latest and its not working… Thanks!

Hello GP, I’m using ur The Review theme for more than a year and my website is awesome beside some functions. First, I think “Huber” is better optimised then “The Review” I really want to pump the “Follow” function of the theme and as i can see, It works better at Huber. But for me, The most important thing is moving my content. - Is it easy to move from The Review? - What is going to happen my Child pages couse your changelog says “Hubs no longer use child pages for tabs.” Will i have trouble when moving my content? - Is it really more optimised? I use Amazon AWS service & CDN and my First Byte Speed is really slow. I think “The Review”s php->html generation time is more then “Huber”. But it may be a server side problem. I really don’t know.
I really want the support cause previously, You solved my problem so easy in 5 minutes of work but i was trying to solve like 2 days or something. Please continue to support ^^
Hi there,
Huber is a newer theme and still supported so I would recommend moving on that basis. It also comes with a theme converter to convert your reviews from The Review theme to Huber, this includes converting the child pages to tabs. However you may not get a one for one transfer, e.g. for any custom tabs for example, so before running the transfer backup your site in case any issues arise.

2- I searched but couldn’t find documentation about this theme. Where can I find and download this document? I’m sure you made file with every option described in detail?

1) As with most themes sold here we unfortunately do not provide the ability to test the theme before you purchase it. The main reason for this is a demo would be editable by all users and as a result some users would completely ruin the theme and the potential buyer would then get a completely skewed view of how the theme works. When a reliable theme demo plugin is available, there are plans to allow theme testing.

Ah ok – I’m used to magento. Demo’s can be made for a one time use. I guess that’s a limitation with WP still. Thanks for your answer. I will read the documentation and let you know if I still have questions.

Hi, I have seen this theme and I have seen that it mentions about move from The Review theme. This theme is awesome and I’m thinking to buy, but I need to know if is there any plan to stop developing in a near/medium future. I’m really afraid about the change of my theme so I want to move it only once as The review is not active now (and I have some problems).

Users cannot rate with multiple review criteria. The high price is not based on features, and is explained at the top of the item page.

I can’t provide a styling option for every single element unfortunately as it will bloat the theme. If you want to control the font size etc. of things not covered in the theme options you will need to use CSS for this, which is super easy to do with the browser inspector these days.
pre-buying question: can I create something like this: https://www.moviepilot.de/ with all these user-blogs and a movie database, movie reviews, news, all these cast-infos with actors, directors, with a great community and so on? which theme would you recommend for something like this? Gauge, Aardvark or Huber?

Questions like these are so difficult to answer as I have no knowledge of the inner workings of this website.
What I can say is Huber and Gauge are full review themes that allow you to review items, add associated news, images and video items, user reviews, hub fields e.g. actors, genres etc. as you can see in the theme demos.
Aardvark is not primarily a review theme, and does not have the hub tabs features (review, images, videos, news etc.) or hub association features (e.g. associating news articles, images, videos to specific reviews/hubs), but does come with a review plugin to add reviews/ratings to any post or page.

This theme does not come with RTL support, you will need to create your own style-rtl.css file for the theme.
