I may buy a new license for a new booking site. The booking site should feature new different product types. I have a questions before purchasing a new license.
Am I able to to create different product options such as tours (no date selection, just amount of people https://prnt.sc/qky0e5) and packages (similar to this: https://prnt.sc/qkxyp8) – AT THE SAME TIME in the same shop?
IF YES, can I add several “products” to the cart and check out? I basically want to create my own package and check out with all different tour or packages that might have different settings.

If you mean create different post type like tour, it will requirement customize and it’s beyond our support policy.
I’m not sure I understand all your requirements, but if you want setup it like our demo from your screenshot, it’s possible. I don’t understand well what you mean: THE SAME TIME in the same shop.
You can’t add several tours when checkout, it will go one by one at the moment.
When I Create a Custom Filter Type in Addition to the Theme Provides or Demo Provides.

the error checking for how many people can book stopped working after I updated the theme today with newest theme 4.1.7
i have double occupancy and single
double set to to 2 min – 2max
single set to 1min – 1max
the booking allows customer to choose only 1 person if booking double occupancy and single allows to choose more than 1.
I specifically tested that before i updated and it was working. After update it doesn’t work.
all plugins have been updated as well.
Could you possibly tell me where to fix this?

You can change it by translate it. The language file always in theme or plugin folder. In this case, the language will available in:
/plugins/tourmaster/languages/tourmaster.pot
Please read our instruction again, follow step by step and everything will correct for you.
Translating the theme/plugin using poedit application

Also, to pervert the translate file lose when update theme/plugin, you could contain the translation in child theme and use this command to loads it

Actually you have an error in your tour-util.php file. The text is “I aggree” instead of “I agree”, so the translation couldn’t work. You should fix it in your next release.

I tried made a booking and it’s work well for me, if you click to edit, it will bring you back to the tour page to update your value again.
Yes its goes back to the tour page, but when i change the dropdown values and update it, it does not reflect in the checkout page, it stays the same what we selected for the first time. Can you please check and confirm.

Example 1: the visitor cannot select other dates than what have been already set. Example 2: The visitor can only select date intervals of minimum 5 or 7 or 10 days …
The idea is to have date interval predefined as perhaps tour options.

1. At the moment, they will need book again if they want multiple books.
2. Unfortunately, we don’t have an option to provide backend.
3. Yes, almost the plugins work well with our theme.
4. Unfortunately, we don’t collect something like that so we don’t have it.
Please remove those animations in booking form where user is stuck for a while not knowing why form got closed and have to wait for it to open again. I don’t think you have to do all so much, just put a loader image which is good enough.
