Hi guys, I do have the same issue regarding the fact that it shows the “share it” buttons below the title even if you choose not to show any share icons below the title and show it at the end of the articles.

Whenever you update Zeen, remember you should also update all plugins too.
Go to Appearance > Install plugins to update Zeen Engine.

I know you are planning a big update for the 15Zine theme but still not released. The theme is great but needs an update in order to work fine with the latest wordpress and woocommerce versions. Should I wait a little bit for that big update? or can we easily switch the theme from 15Zine to Zeen without any major issue? Thanks!

The migration from 15Zine -> Zeen is quite easy really. Lots of users have made the transition already!
Zeen has a migration tool to convert 15Zine data over to Zeen (reviews/audio/gallery/video/logos/etc), you’d then need to go through the theme options to ensure it’s all set up as you want, as Zeen has many other options you may be interested in.
You’d also need to re-build your homepage, but with the Tipi Builder, that can literally be done in under 5 minutes if you know what you want it to look like

If the ads were working fine before, then it means something must have changed for it to stop working. The theme definitely hasn’t changed any code for the ad locations so try checking your plugins and ad code (make sure it’s still valid).

It’s valid, all other ads are working fine. I’ve changed the main template from regular to play (games), and the top ad it’s not working anymore, even with change the code.
Ah I see, can you double check the ad code is in the correct place though? Go to Theme Options > Header > Header base & logo, and see if the ad code is definitely valid.

Never mind saving Permalinks again fix the issue. Update of Zeen somehow messed up permalinks.

Happy it’s all good now, but this error wasn’t due to permalinks, it was definitely due to your site’s cache. When you updated your permalinks, the cache would have been refreshed too.
Whenever you update a theme, you need to refresh your cache, as otherwise your existing cache will cause issues as certain code may have changed since it was created.

I wanted to know if you can assist. I am finding that I could previously upload a logo with a size of 1000px wide and it would be resized automatically without loss of image or pixelation. I can now only upload a size of 180×45px and looks pixelated. Is this something that has changed in the template and recent updates? Sorry I cannot upload a screenshot here to show you. Please advise

Nothing has changed in the theme that would cause something like that to the logos! Try refreshing your cache, and if that doesn’t help, please open a ticket at http://codetipi.ticksy.com and include the url so the support team can check it out (They need to see live url to see code, so unfortunately a screenshot isn’t enough).

I have a problem… Media Formats in Zeen Options dosent works… any upload videos dosent works… embed codes with video dosent work…

Can you elaborate on what you tried please? Because the media formats all work fine on the Zeen demo sites (And many other users use them actively too). Did you make sure to change the post format of your post to the correct one too? I.e Video/Audio/Gallery post format?

^^^^ the problem is with background video. if the background video is active, no other videos added to the content of the post are displayed. see graphic.
Ah that is interesting, can you please share the url of that post? Will look at the html to see if I can find clues as to what is going on.

Ah I’m afraid the comments system doesn’t get loaded on Tipi Builder pages, as those pages are special template pages, they aren’t normal WordPress pages. I will look into this to see if Tipi Builder pages can still load the comments if enabled though.

I’m using a button on a tipi builder page. At hoover, the animation displays an arrow to the right. I would like to change the side arrow to display it on the left. Do you know the CSS class to indicate in the button settings? The button on page 404 looks exactly like what I want.

Thank you very much ! The button to modify can be found on this page (https://chemindustyle.com/marques/apc/), top of the page, left. I just want the arrow to be on the left and point to the left at the hoover. The style of the button does not need to change. Just the side arrow.
The arrow on the button on page 404 points to the left if that helps you.
Try adding this custom css to your additional css in your theme options:

Hm, I’m not sure why you think I’m trying to convince you to get support, Themeforest requires buyers asking for help to have valid support. Authors don’t have any control over the rules here, and I’ve already tried my best to help you here despite your expired support. But regardless, having valid support to ask for support is industry standard, so I’m surprised you think it’s something Codetipi (or I) am trying to get you to do :/
The theme demos are running the latest version and I can’t see what you describe there, so I’m not sure what exactly you are referring to. So yes, I’m afraid if you want the team to investigate, you will need to open a ticket and include the url + description of what issue you are experiencing.

This is little too much. You change some cosmetic things int heme updates, but there is no word about this in changelog. Your customers, as me, are updating the theme hoping it will change only those things You described in changelog, but there are more changes. You shouldnt do that, and Themeforest got nothing to with that. You should be always honest with customers and simply put all informations in changelog.
It not first time. Just look at Your Facebook page, You got a lot of feedback there after almost every update. I dont like it. It seems like You have changed Your update policy or something. I was really happy to work with You till my support was on. You wasnt asking me to send tickets then. I got every answer here. Suddenly its rise to be a problem, so this is also something not to like at all. Themeforest got nothing to do with that, I am afraid so.
Can You just give information about all changes in changelog, not only choosen one? It will spare a lot of time for us, users, and for U, if You’ll get no silly questions then.
Same thing with Your information about plugins compatibility. You inform that theme is compatibile with Jetpack, but in the fact it doesnt work with many modules. I dont like it, at all, and i dont know whhat is ahead before every update. You really should be more specific. Thats all.

I’m afraid your assumption is incorrect – every single change made to the theme code is mentioned in the change log. The theme is on a repository, which means every change is a separate “commit” which has its own entry in the change log.
However, if you look at the theme code, you will see tens of thousands of lines of code, and it is all interconnected, which means some times a change can possibly inadvertently affect something, somewhere else.
This is why all supported software out there constantly gets updates. Operating systems, browsers, apps, themes, WordPress, plugins, etc, etc, essentially anything with code.
The theme has thousands of option combinations + users usage varies + plugins on user sites changes things further, etc. This is why if you discover a change that wasn’t expected, you need to explain it with details so it can be looked into, and if it is a new bug, it will be fixed in another update.
It’s not a complicated process. You report a bug, we investigate, if confirmed, it will get fixed and included in the next theme update. This process means all discovered bugs will always be patched up :/
Regarding Jetpack, the theme is compatible with it too, most modules should work fine. There are some that of course won’t work as they don’t make sense to, as an example: Jetpack’s infinite scroll. The theme has its own infinite scroll system with native implementation, so it makes no sense to add extra code to make Jetpack’s infinite scroll work – the theme’s native option will always be better as it’s a native implementation.

Hello, I’m thinking of purchasing a second Zeen license. Is it possible to make the quotations on the front page random so it’s not the same static quotation all the time? Maybe have a quotation category, but then how can that be randomized into a block?

Please, if you can consider other more suggestion, can you add the option to show “pin it” over each image in the posts for desktop and mobile versions? Maybe can be good if customers can show the “pin it” button fixed in any place over the image or only show when mouse hover. Pinterest is great social network to get a lot of traffic. Thanks!

Regarding the pin it, you can make it always visible (and fixed) by adding this to your Additional CSS tab in the theme options:

The pin it button is visible on desktop, but it appears when users hover over posts
The only thing I am missing is a typical onepager for a companysite.
To better define: A one page design with a slider on top and several modules with text an images for 3 services, team, skills, featured product, prices, about, mission statement and a contact form at the bottom.
This template is always pulling dynamic content, and it does it very well. But to make a companypage with text and images as well seems really overwhelming.
Of course we have seen companypages very often already. But it is still needed.

Happy you did it, but if you want to reset your site to be like a brand new installation (zero posts/pages/etc), then you could just use this plugin:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-reset/That will restore it and you could import a new demo.
Alternatively, you could just go through the import process again (Appearance > Theme setup) and then in the import screen, click the advanced settings button and only import the “Options” one, because that will apply the look of the demo you are importing, but not the post/pages/etc. It won’t be the identical demo import, but it might be enough for your needs to play around.

Which plugin for multilanguage do you suggest? I used q-translate X a lot and it was great for 3 domains, each in 1 language and translation every article, page, portfolio entry in all three languages. But what is the best for your template?

You can use any really, if you like Q-translate, you should try it again, I’m 99% certain it works fine with Zeen.
Zeen is also 100% compatible with WPML (paid plugin), so if you already have a license for that, you can use that too.

Hi! A short question. The Pinterest share seems to have a bug. I cannot share my posts on Pinterest, and the same problem occurs from your demo sites. The featured image is not displayed,Pinterest error code says – “missing image_url”...
Can you investigate into this please.. Besides that its a smashing theme!!!

Did you try to import the Volar demo by any chance? Because if so, there was a typo in the import code that meant it wasn’t working! You mentioned you updated to v3.1, and that is where the patch was (it’s confirmed to be working now).

Hi! Since the latest update, my site has a problem with the speed of loading the logo header. It doesn’t load straight away like before but it loads this square gray photo first, after all the images on the page are loaded. How can I solve this? Thank you!

The theme didn’t change anything with the logo in the latest update – if you see a grey square photo it means something else is going on (the theme wouldn’t do that)! Have you tried disabling all plugins in case one of them is doing it?
