Hi monkeysan, i have open a ticket but i dont know whether they have received it or not because i not sure i reply correctly. i have download > all the files & documentation. which i found 2 zip file ( joygasana.zip & joygasana-child.zip) however, i only upload joygasana.zip file to my wordpress dashboard. Hello, this is regarding Header Type 5: in the top header there are Login / Register links. How do we remove these? Also, how can we edit the spacing between top header info left and info right? Our logo image is bigger than the demo, so we need additional spacing for the top header to display the content correctly. We already did this for the main menu.

Hi there, you have 2 options. 1 click demo install. using this method you install demo data using XML file. The second method – install demo using WPRESS file and you get the copy of my demo. This method is for servers which has php limit time restrictions. Why do you need to know the file size?

You can install some plugin like https://wordpress.org/plugins/save-as-pdf-by-pdfcrowd/ and add save page as PDF button

You use too old theme version. To move forward, you have to update theme and plugins.
Hello, I bought the theme, but the download links don’t work. I tried sending a ticket through your support system but first it makes me create an account and I can’t get pass because the password field does not work. I tried setting up a password as suggested with lowercase, uppercase, numeric and special characters… a few times.
