There is something very wrong with load speed with the latest versions. I’ve tested this on multiple new servers (nginx + apache) (Google Cloud) + various domains. No caching and only required plugins etc.
There seems to be issues with Icons and ‘Single Images’. My homepage TTFB time was 25seconds+ – removing icons and altering single images to pull them from the ‘external link’ option (the exact same image location) has fixed this and ttfb is down to 200ms or lower (no caching).
I’ve spent hours upon hours testing variables. Something is playing nice
Also thought I would add – As soon as WPBakery Page Builder is disabled, ttfb is back down to 100ms.
Further update – turned off Lazy Loading under Theme Options > Extras – Instantly fixed everything…

By default, we use ”#” for the custom links. It means that it will scroll to the top of the page unless another link is inserted.

However, recently you made an update that has caused a plugin conflict with Woocommerce Product Bundles, and it’s been a huge pain as users are unable to add bundles to their cart. The plugin author has advised me to enquire whether it’s possible to disable the AJAX Add to Cart functionality on Bundled pages?

I have a few pre-sale questions. Mainly about how much room I have to adjust the contents and how big of learning curve.
1. Does the theme use wp-bakery to create the pages? (I’m looking at: https://creative.liquid-themes.com/) I ask because it’s what I’m familiar with and if I have the room the adjust the template pages according to my needs. Do the rest of the examples also use wp-barkery for the landing pages? If not, which page-builder does it use so I can begin learning.
2. For the landing banner (I’m looking at: https://creative.liquid-themes.com/), is it also part of wp-bakery? and is it possible to just change the bg images of the banner and keep the fluid and little shapes animation? and if I can adjust the color of the shapes (the floating cirlces and squares)?
3. For (http://mobile.liquid-themes.com/), the liquid image groups, ones where the images resize as one scrolls, may I change each individual images there? Is that part of wp-bakery too? or is that a feature by liquid theme? (I’d like to know how easily accessible with the wp-bakery backend, or is that something like revolution-slider where you have to build then plug into the wp-bakery page editor. )
4. For (http://seo.liquid-themes.com/), is the landing banner part of wp-bakery or revolution slider, or a page-builder plugin from you guys? I notice the images and the greyed logo is a bit blurry. Does this part support retina display?
5. For (http://lookbook.liquid-themes.com/#Section-5), can I change the color of the background shapes? or speed or movement of the shapes?
6. Is there a dedicated area for custom CSS? Does it support latest google fonts?

1. We’re using a modified version of WP Bakery Page Builder. It has all the standard WP Bakery elements + our exclusive elements/options.
2. Sure! This is our exclusive element called Masked Image. It uses the SVG path to animate the image. You can place your own image by using WP Bakery Page Builder. You can also change the color, shape, size of the particles (floating objects).
3. This is also an exclusive element. You can add your own images by using WP Bakery Page Builder.
4. Actually, we rarely use the Slider Revolution. This is also an exclusive element which can be edited with WP Bakery Page Builder. No worries, all the elements/demos support retina displays. You just need to use higher resolution images or vectors.
5. Sure! You have full control over the particles (floating shapes). You can also customize the background color as you wish.
6. Yes! You can add your own custom CSS in the theme options. Google fonts are also included. If you find a missing font, feel free to let us know.

Hi Matt
I have a serious issue – on the white background pages, the side menue is colored in a dark color in contrast to the background so it is visible. Same way, on the pages where the background in dark, the side menue is customed in white color so it is visible. However, on one of the white backgrounded pages (print screen attached), the side menue is colored in white so it is NOT visible! How do I control this shifting of menue color according to the background?

Hello! I’ve been using this theme, but I need to have two languages in my website, do you have by any chance the .mop and .po files translated in spanish, or do you have another way easier than translate each line… it takes forever and at the end saving the file, my laptop freezes… :/

Actually, you don’t need to translate all the content since most of them belong to the backend. However, you can use Loco Translate plugin to translate the related string. wordpress.org/plugins/loco-translate/
