Hello, with the latest version of the theme (Version 1.8.9.4) and wordpress 5.5.1 I have problems with the WPBakery plugin. The plug in does not activate correctly and does not allow me to modify pages (I only see the code) How can I solve? Is an update planned?

Hi, your issue is with the Extensions Suite plugin

When updating the theme, if any plugin needs an udpate, you’ll see a notice at the top of the screen. Just follow the instructions and update all the required plugins. The update process is like the installation.
If you dismissed the message just please go to Appearance > Install plugins.
If you need more help on this, please contact us via helpdesk, as you’ll receive support from the tech department, instead of the commercial

Hello! No that’s forbidden by most of the devices.
Demo plugin just goes blank to empty page after Install Panel and Run Installer. Therefore I can’t get demo content/setup as needed.
I have solved the issue the theme import function has some conflict with PHP versions and is having error on previous to latest version. My code still did not work on the forums for your site. Hopefully the theme works well from here. I do not need a refund.

When visiting your demo pages ie; http://qantumthemes.xyz/sonik/demo3/ both the video background music and the radio station music play at the same time. This has been going on for quite sometime, more than 8 weeks, I thought it best to bring it to your attention, cheers
Thanks for your message, anyway we can’t reproduce what you mention. Video backgrounds are muted by natere usually, otherwise they shouldn’t be able to play.
Hello, I do not think you understand what I am saying… This is already what is happening with my website also on you website http://qantumthemes.xyz/sonik/demo3/ What happens is; The music from the background video starts laying when it is meant to be muted. So you can imagine, a listener presses play to listen to music hosted on the website and suddenly hears music from the music video and then immediately hears the music he/she has intended to play, thus having two pieces of music playing at the same time. This happens when I browse your demo weisite. Thanks

Please note that YouTube player can use informations and settings of your personal profile aross multiple web pages.
So, if any setting or browser extension on your machine is causing this, the samw result will be on any website using a youtube video.
This is not something the theme has control over. The theme places a video with WpBakery and the video is from YouTube. So, the issue is between your specific computer and your specific youtube account/settings.

I cannot get this to work using your installation instructions that I have pointed out are out-of-date. I would prefer my money back as I can’t use this in it’s current state. If you prefer I could show you what I am trying to do and I have documented my steps very thoroughly. Your developer stated that the other pages and menus look like they have been deleted however I did nothing expect assign a homepage to the home page in the customisation settings and that killed the layout. If you can’t help me with this then you should send my money back as it’s immoral to take money from people for software that is not fit for purpose and not tested with current versions of platforms.

There is no option to do that so actually I can’t point you to the manual, this is in fact a customization request that should be out of the support territory, but is a very tiny change that I’m sure our developers will help you.
