1. Our theme is compatible with Woocommerce and its extentions, but the plugin that you are mentioning is developed by another team. So it is considered as a third party plugin which has not been tested with our theme and we can not guaranty compatibility with it unfortunately. You may for sure always test this on your end.
2. For sure this can be done in our themes options. Gioia Options> Header https://www.screencast.com/t/mqzKOAVXMjD you will find the option to change the background color.

I currently own your theme “Biagiotti – Beauty and Cosmetics Shop”. If i test it on that theme, and it works, do you think it will work on gioia?

As these are 2 different themes, we can not guaranty it will work if it works on Biagiotti, however most likely it will. Also as we said earlier this is a 3rd party plugin that is not included within our theme,

Theme purchased and installed and these 3 plugins are missing 1) YITH WooCommerce Quick View plugin compatibility 2) YITH WooCommerce Wishlist plugin compatibility 3) YITH WooCommerce Color and Label Variations plugin compatibility

I already installed the Color and Label Variations plugin and its working but the only problem is that on product listing page the color and size option is not visible on right side below the product image because we don’t have paid version of this plugin. Please provide us the Premium version of this plugin, if you don’t have this premium plugin than why you are showing in your theme demo?

I am interested in this theme and like to purchase it. However, I would like to understand if i can use credit cards with the Wecommerce plugin or are there addtional plugins that i could use, such as Alipay and Wechat Pay (both from China). I checked the comments and found one of your customers asked a similar question but on the link to screencast there is nothing stated about credit cards nor Wechat/Alipay.
As my webiste is a fashion website can my customers select a specific cloth size and color on the website once they decide for a payment?
The last question, can the website being used for mobile phone and ipad fomat?

1. All payment methods supported by WooComerce can be used with our theme as well. Here is a default list of payment gateways that WooCommerce offers. As for the Wechat and Alipay you could for sure try to test with some Woocmmerce extention to enable Wechat or Alipay, however you should know that we have not tested this on our end so we can not guaranty compatibility.
2. We used the YITH WooCommerce Color and Label Variations Premium (see image below) in reference to the variable color and size of products in order to have them show differently. 3. Yes for sure, all our themes are responsive. You can as well check our demo page on tablet and mobile phone to see how it will behave on smaller devices.

It means per domain and installation, you probably can read about it more on the plugins authors page, so please check it over there. It is for one site only for sure. We did use the Premium version for our demo but there is as well a free version which you can try on your end, however it does have less options for sure. You may as well check possibilities for the free and paid version at the link we did provide you with.

Hi, I created a Portfolio categories on my site. I titled the Page “fashion”, but that is not what displays in the Header Image. “Archives” displays in the middle of the Header image. Is there a way to force this page to display the title what I set?
If you could tell me how to do either option, so that I could experiment with that, it would be very helpful.
I’m not a WordPress expert, and I have never studied CSS or HTML, so I’d be grateful if you would tell me exactly where to go to insert any code snippets that you might provide.

product attributed not imported, now when i create attribute of color and give them value like black, green , red but it doesn’t work. a drop down came and hide immediately. How i can fix this give me attribute list so i have same as you defined in the theme. sizes and color both attribute settings required.

1.- On the “Shop Compact” page, Now, it’s not showing the options:
CATEGORIES, PRODUCT TAGS, TOP RATED, This happened after installing the plugins of YITH (I have already configured them).

The “free shipping over $100” is a text field showcasing the way you can inform your customers on various discounts you may have.
As for the free shipping over when a user orders an amount over a predefined amount, you will need to use a third-party addon for WooCommerce to achieve this.
Please be advised that we did not and could not test all of the addons for compatibility and there may be some issues along the way.
The issue to the template files that you are referring to is solved with every one of our updates. Once WooCommerce releases a new update we check the template files and edit them accordingly if needed so that with every one of our updates the theme template is in sync with the new WooCommerce files.
These changes are usually minor and we do check for any major updates in order to update as soon as possible so that you do not experience any potential issues.
